Our outdoor hot springs are a tranquil way to spend a few hours and are the perfect complement to any of our relaxing
spa treatments. Open year round, the hot springs, with their waterfalls and lush surroundings are a guest favourite.
For the full health benefits, be brave and take a dip into our polar plunge pool (temperature approximately 45° F / 7° C),
and then reward yourself with another steaming soak in the hot pools (temperature approximately 104° F / 40° C).
Be sure to leave yourself lots of time for a soak, because once you get in, you won’t want to get out!

Arrival
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your
appointment to allow time to prepare for your
spa experience. Guest with treatments of a
value of over $100 are welcome to arrive up to
two hours prior to their treatment start time to
utilize the Hot Springs and facility amenities.
What to Bring
SPA
INFORMATION
You will be provided with a robe, a pair of
sandals and a secure space to store your
belongings upon arrival. Please make sure you
bring your bathing suit and it is recommended
to bring a reusable water bottle to stay
hydrated throughout the day. You are advised
to leave your valuables at home as the spa
cannot assume responsibility for lost or
misplaced items.

Cancellations or Modifications
We ask all guests to complete a mandatory
health form on arrival so that our therapists can
prepare your experience and offer expertise
tailored to your needs. Please advise us at time
of booking of any relevant health conditions.
Please inform agent if you require an insurance
receipt when reserving your appointment.
Health claim receipts may only be issued for
Swedish massages. Please advise if you are
paying with a gift certificate so we may indicate
this on the receipt.
Millcroft Spa’s Hot Springs are open daily from
8am-9pm. Day passes may be purchased from
Sunday-Friday for a rate of $70 plus tax on a
first come, first serve basis. Guests who have
services totalling under $100 may swim with
the purchase of a $35 day pass.
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled
without penalty if notification is provided at
least 72 hours in advance of the booking time.
Full retail charges will be applied and charged
for late cancellations or missed appointments.
Reservations
Pagers and cell phones are not permitted
in The Millcroft Spa’s treatment areas, so
we ask that you leave these devices in your
private locker. The Millcroft Inn & Spa is not
responsible for lost or stolen items.
Tipping
Gratuities are not included in the treatment
price, but are always appreciated for
outstanding service. They can be awarded in
cash - via special envelopes available at the
Spa Reception Desk, as an addition to your
Interac or Credit Card Transaction, or assigned
to your guestroom account.
