In 2013, the EDC met with the DOT and received agreement for restriping both northbound Chapin Road lanes so that left turns are possible from both lanes. Crosswalks will also be striped in the area of the bus shelter. u Morris County has agreed to create an additional northbound lane as a “right turn only” lane to reduce congestion at the intersection of Changebridge Road and Route 202. We encourage all residents to get involved and participate in the myriad of boards and committees that provide input. Contact Meghan Hunscher, Principal Planner, at 973-331-3319 for more information. Details on all of these improvements and more can be accessed through the Montville Township website at www.montvillenj.org.
