Speed-sensitive Electronic
Power Steering (EPS)
The ‘P’ model Grizzlies are fitted
with a speed sensitive EPS system
that greatly reduces the physical
effort required when steering and it also increases comfort by
absorbing shocks from bumpy
trails. The EPS system in the 700
now has a second programme that
automatically takes over during
4WD and Diff Lock mode for
smoother steering.

bump absorption and

Grizzly’s high compression single
cylinder engine is leaner, cleaner
and meaner. Power and torque
are increased, while a new piston,
modified head design and single pipe
exhaust give improved combustion
efficiency for lower emissions and up
to 30 per cent fuel savings.
Wider A-arms on the Grizzly 700
increase the wheel track resulting in
better stability and improved handling
control. The independent suspension
allows all four wheels to maintain
contact with the ground in uneven
terrain. And the long-stroke shocks
and plenty of wheel travel allows you
to overcome obstacles.
The 686cc engine is equipped with
Electronic Fuel Injection to ensure that
the ideal fuel/air mix is injected into
the cylinder head in a wide range of
operating conditions. So in summer or
winter, at sea level or up a mountain,
unladen or pulling a trailer, the
Grizzly is ready to deliver smooth and
efficient running performance.
