Danish FA – Education policy -Some of our
principals
•Education has to be held as close as possible to the
participants
•Education has to be seen as a mean to recruit and retain
players, coaches, leaders and referees
•Shared guidelinies and procedures for all the education
(centralized and decentralized) have to be made in cooperation
with the the local regions to secure the most optimal utilization
of the ressources involved
•Education has to be seen as an investment
•Education has to be financed by a combination of user’s fee
and subsidies. Education in the bottom of the pyramid must be
given most subsidies.
