The Tool & Gage House’s Quality Services Division is a modern, environmentally controlled, state-of-the-art
measuring facility, providing contract inspection, dimensional and electronic inspection, calibration and repair services.
Our fully equipped calibration facilit y is ISO/ IEC 17025 :2005 Accredited through L-A-B. Each gage is
returned with full cer tif ication and NIST traceabilit y. With our commitment to excellence, you can be
assured of total measurement integrit y and credibilit y.

Contract Measurement
Our facilit y is equipped with a full range of measurement equipment to provide you with First Ar ticle par t
inspection, PPAP, protot ype verif ication, model digitization, tooling verif ication, and process development
suppor t. Our measurement capacit y ex tends to a maximum size of 46 x 32 x 24 inches. We of fer programming
ser vice for Zeiss CMMs and a reduced rate run time measurement of previously programmed par ts. Of course
manual Zeiss measurement is available where par t programming cost is not justif ied or necessar y. In addition,
we of fer optical video, form and contour measurement ser vices.
