Check the counterfoil is intact –
both parts must be presented by
the customer.

Cut the top right corner of the card
to void it. Retain the card for your
records for at least six months.

Check for a watermark, security
hologram and microtext to prove
the voucher is valid.
•
If the full balance is not completely
used, issue your own credit note or
gift voucher/card.
•
Tear off the counterfoil. Retain
larger portion for your records
for at least six months. Handwrite
VOID across the voucher.

Redeeming the eGift Voucher in advance of providing a service will ensure that
you avoid any redemption difficulties. Spafinder Wellness 365 cannot issue
payment for invalid vouchers, should you not follow the new redemption policy.
eGift Vouchers will most likely be printed on A4 paper, but the size and colour
may vary according to the printer or paper used. The eGift Voucher may also be
printed in black and white or feature special occasion designs.
