Elkay’s line of products, we have the new Crosstown sinks and we have created a new Strainers section, showcasing the various 3 ½"
residential strainer options.
Within the Elkay section, you will find the products that are inventoried in our Coldwater facility. As usual, if there is an Elkay product you
have found on the www.elkay.com website and it's not in our catalogue, we will still have this product available, but may require a two
week delivery.

Hole Drillings, Cabinet Width & Faucet Holes
Many of the Novanni drop in sinks offer the option of having additional hole drillings, great for installing kitchen sink accessories
such as a soap dispenser.

from inside edge to inside edge is
considered the sink cabinet width. This
measurement will determine the largest
possible sink that will fit inside your sink
cabinet. For every sink, the minimum
cabinet width has been indicated.

Deck & Bowl Finish
All Novanni Pro drop in sinks have a high polished mirror deck finish,
complementing chrome fixtures. All bowls are polished to a radiant brushed
satin finish.

Rear and Centre Positioned Drain Holes
By locating the drain hole to the rear of the bowl, usable bowl and cabinet
storage space is increased. Some sinks have centre drains to accommodate
existing installations.
SynkSeal™ Gasket
Novanni has developed a unique formed in place foam gasket installed
in our factory. This anti-microbial, anti-fungal material saves the installer
valuable time during installation. This foam gasket guards against potential
water damage to the countertop and helps to ensure the back ledge draws
down evenly.

Off the Bowl Clips
All Novanni Pro drop in sinks come with off the bowl clips to accommodate
thicker counter tops and allows for an easier installation.
Sound Deadening Pads
Novanni uses factory installed sound deadening pads, which are effective in
absorbing sound.

Stainless Steel Strainer
All Novanni Pro sinks with a 3½" drain opening include an all metal
stainless steel strainer. The distinctive Novanni crumb cup features a

Novanni Stainless Inc. is committed to manufacturing a superior quality, made in
Canada product while providing greater value for our consumers. Novanni’s Elite line
of stainless steel sinks are now made from heavy, 18 gauge stainless steel. What
does this mean? 18 gauge steel is 30% thicker than traditional 20 gauge steel,
providing a quieter, heavier, more durable product that will better withstand the day
to day wear and tear that only a sink endures.
Elite products will continue to provide many superior benefits including:
- a choice of deck finish, either brushed satin or mirror to complement any faucet
selection
- a designer, all metal, made in Canada strainer
- Novanni’s SynkSeal™ gasket, an industry leading, factory installed foam gasket which
prevents water damage due to leaking while reducing installation costs.

Novanni applies a fine radiant brushed satin finish to the sink deck and bowl.
This finish complements stainless steel appliances and brushed nickel fixtures.

COPPER SINKS
• Remember copper is a "living finish" and will change over time, depending on usage.
• Do not use harsh alkaline-based, ammonia-based, or harsh acidic-based cleaning chemicals or products.
• Never use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
• Apply a coat of fine sink wax for added protection.
• Light scratches are normal for copper sinks. Over time they will blend into the uniform finish pattern.
ANTIQUE HAMMERED COPPER SINKS
• General cleaning: use non-abrasive, non-detergent soap and a soft cloth, rinse and towel dry.
• Never use abrasives, metal (copper) cleaners, scouring pads, lime or rust removal, alkaline-based,
ammonia-based or acidic-based chemicals or cleaning products.
• Acidic foods such as juices and ketchup can remove the patina if left on the sink.
• Hard water spots and mineral deposits can be difficult to remove and may result in damage to the patina.
• Light scratches are normal for copper sinks. Over time they will blend into the uniform finish pattern.
E-GRANITE™ SINKS
• General cleaning: use soapy water and a sponge, rinse and dry with a soft cloth.
• Water marks: wipe with a damp cloth and towel dry.
• Difficult stains: use a water/bleach solution or non-abrasive cleaners (follow cleaner manufacturer''s instructions),
rinse and towel dry.
• Do not use abrasive cleaning products, scouring pads, steel wool, or caustic solutions containing ammonia or alkalis.

CRISTADUR SINKS
EVERYDAY CLEANING
Please use a soft, dampened cloth, a sponge or, in the case of a dried on stain try a softer nail brush and some liquid dish
detergent. Move in circular motions with a little pressure over the sink’s surface. Rinse the sink with tap water. If necessary,
please repeat this step. RINSE WELL.
CARE AND CLEANING

DESCALING
In areas of hard water please use a common descaler. Please ensure it contains no formic acid. Follow the manufacturer’s
instructions for use. Rinse well with tap water, if necessary repeat this step.

METAL ABRASION
Metal abrasion from your pans, your cook pots or other cookware may occur due to the sink’s very hard surface. You can
easily remove this by using an eraser sponge. Dampen the sponge with water and treat the metal abrasions with little
pressure until there is no more residue.
BRIGHTENING
Fill 1cm of water in your sink’s bowl and add approximately 30ml of bleach. Let this bleach sit for 25 minutes then empty the
water and rinse well with fresh water. We recommend wearing gloves when working with bleach.
There is no need to use any strong abrasives like scouring pads or scouring powders. Always be careful while using
household cleaning agents and acids! Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions with any product.

Warranty Terms and Conditions
WARRANTY – Novanni Stainless offers a limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser of a Novanni Elite stainless steel sink.
Novanni will, at its option, replace, without charge, such product if it fails due to a manufacturing defect that occurs during normal
residential use. Product replacement does not include transportation cost or labour installation cost. This warranty only applies to
the replacement of the defective sink. Novanni Stainless reserves the right to examine the product in question and its installation
prior to replacement. Novanni Stainless shall not be liable under this warranty where the sink has been used for non-residential
purposes, improperly installed, neglected or has been damaged as a result of abuse caused by heavy impact arising from a
dropped object. Novanni Stainless shall not be liable for any inconvenience or expense for material or labour related to removal of
the defective sink, or for any loss or damage to any person or property whatsoever resulting from the defective sink. Scratches are
not covered under warranty. All cost of such replacement shall be the responsibility of the purchaser. PROOF OF PURCHASE IS
REQUIRED FROM HOMEOWNER FOR WARRANTY PURPOSES.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Minimum order must be $100.00 net including all sinks, faucets and accessories.
•
Net 30 days on all sales.
•
In keeping with Novanni’s continuing product improvement, products and specifications may change without notice.
Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice.
•
All damage to the shipping carton/crate must be made at time of delivery to the carrier and Novanni Stainless Inc.
must be contacted within 48 hours.
•
Any damage to the interior of the package, whether a shortage of product, or damage to the product, must be reported to
Novanni Stainless Inc. within 72 hours.
•
Novanni is not responsible for any cutouts where the template/dxf file or the sink was not used.
RETURNED GOODS
•
All items being returned to Novanni Stainless must be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) that is issued by
Novanni Stainless.
•
The RGA number provided by Novanni must be submitted with the original purchase order number and send to Novanni
Stainless customer service team.
•
All non-warranty items are subject to a restocking fee of 25%.
•
All items must be returned in their original packaging and in saleable condition.
•
All returns are to be made by freight prepaid by the sender and the sender assumes all liability for shipping damages that may
occur. Upon receipt of the product to Novanni Stainless, if the product is damaged due to shipping, no credit will be issued.
Novanni Stainless Inc. reserves the right to limit or refuse any returns.
Novanni Stainless does not recommend shipping any products via courier. If the customer would like product shipped by courier, the
customer will accept all liability. The customer will be responsible for settling any future claims with their courier/freight company.
