Convection dryer utilizing hot gas as drying medium in parallel current flow, with minimum material residence time and high heat efficiency. Their high travelling speed allow high loading capacities even under difficult conditions. The bore holes may be used either for blasting or for anchoring . The maximum drillable rock strength is at 150 MPa; on request the telescopic boom – which is fitted with a parallel automatic – may also be equipped with a telescopic drill gun mount .
