How It Works:

must be purchased from VO and billed on 1 invoice.

This program is intended to reward those Dealer Managers that most influence Accessory Sales.
Enrollment: All enrollment selections made during the previous 2015 GM Accessories Sales Manager
Bonus Programs will automatically carry over for the December program. Enrollment changes can be made
via the GM earnPOWER site, located in GM Global Connect.
Program Period: December 1, 2015 - January 4, 2016
How it works: Dealer Managers who qualify under the GM Accessories Sales Manager Bonus Program
will qualify for a payout in earnPower Rewards only if the dealership meets or exceeds the following for the
month of December:
1. LEVEL 1 SALES MGR. BONUS: $15 per eligible delivery
Dealerships that achieve Level 1 will earn a payout equal to $15 per eligible delivery during the
Program Period. To earn a payout under Level 1, the Dealer must meet or exceed the Dealership’s
Accessories Sales Objective for the month of December 2015.
OR
2. LEVEL 2 SALES MGR. BONUS: $20 per eligible delivery
Dealerships that achieve Level 2 will earn a payout equal to $20 per eligible delivery during the
Program Period. To earn a payout under Level 2, the Dealer must meet or exceed both (i) the
Dealership’s Accessories Sales Objective for the month of December 2015, AND (ii) the Dealership’s
New Vehicle Retail Sales Objective for the month of December 2015.

Auto makers’ monthly reports on Tuesday pointed to sales of 18.1 million light vehicles at a seasonally adjusted,
annual rate, according to Ward’s, matching September’s and October’s pace. Not since the summer of 2005, when
General Motors, Ford Motor and DaimlerChrysler juiced sales by offering employee discounts to all buyers, have car
companies so successfully pushed iron off dealer lots. That strength reflects an environment where an improving job
market and low gasoline prices are putting more money in consumers’ pockets, and encouraging them to spend it.

Black Friday deals lift traditionally sluggish month; U.S. on target for full-year peak

U.S. new-car sales in November continued to run at a blistering pace, putting the auto industry on track
to challenge the 17.35 million sales peak reached in 2000.
A spate of Black Friday deals coupled with cheap gasoline and low financing costs helped auto makers
overall deliver a 1.4% increase over the same month last year, offsetting what historically is a sluggish
sales month. The tally brings the industry this year to 15.82 million vehicles through November.
