Employee Newsletter: SUMMER 2015 Moving On Up! Letter from CEO Top Workplaces Sports Center Around Our Communities Happenings Happenings Birth Annoucements HR Corner Summer Safety Arnold Pewitt, Al Martins and Allan Brittain from the Nashville & Murfreesboro branches accepting the Top Workplaces Award for the 2nd year in a row. 2 3 July 2015 Team, As of June 30th, our fiscal year of 2015 is complete and thanks to everyone’s hard work 2015 was a good year for the AmQuip Team. More importantly, you had a very safe year that set new milestones for our industry and we’re determined to increase our “Safety Culture” even more in the future. We were able to add approximately 122 new assets to the company’s fleet and finished the year ahead of budget. Congratulations to our Nashville & Murfreesboro branches! In 2015 AmQuip continued to expand into new markets never before explored by our company. We safely and successfully completed major projects in Philadelphia and other areas of the country including Illinois, South Dakota and New Mexico. To help manage our progress, we’ve developed a “Regional Structure” for managing operations and other critical systems. As our company continues to grow, a Regional System can be expanded regardless of our size and geographical footprint. We have many growth opportunities that we’re exploring including acquisitions of other companies and expanding into new geographical locations. Keep watching our newly upgraded and constantly changing web page for news flashes and updates, we are “Moving on Up”. AmQuip has always prided ourselves for offering our team members the very best health insurance that we can. I’m sure that everyone not living on Mars is aware of the pressure on the health care insurance industry with the addition of Obama Care. Obama Care has put health insurance into a race to the top with premiums going up and a race to the bottom with coverage going down and often both at the same time. It’s up to all of us to be diligent and spend our medical dollars wisely. For insurance year 2016 which begins August 1, 2015, AmQuip is offering a completely new medical insurance program. This will be a partially self-funded insurance program that will be much more user friendly and hopefully allow us to hold the line on rising cost. On behalf of myself, the entire Senior Management Team and our Equity Partners ClearLake Capital we wish everyone a safe and enjoyable summer season. Sincerely, Al Bove CEO AmQuip has been selected by The Tennessean as a TOP WORKPLACE for the 2nd year in a row, placing #32 out of 970 companies. These companies have been recognized as Top Workplaces based solely on surveys about the workplace completed by their employees.
