XX Industry Speaker: Jeremy Graves, The Pivot Group
Improving Retention by Creating a Unique Customer Experience (11:15-12:15)
Why do I choose Hampton Inn? Because I love those warm cookies! Usually, each of us has at least one jaw-dropping customer experience.
Recent research suggests that companies that focus on the experience a person has with your organization can see up to a 60% increase
in revenue. Much of this increase is due to retaining customers longer and creating word of mouth champions. In this presentation, we’ll
focus on how to allow our staff the freedom to engage the customer differently than ever before to create a visit they won’t forget and
will want to tell others about.
Presenter’s Profile: Jeremy leads Pivot’s training business and serves as a senior-level marketing consultant. Prior to joining Pivot, Jeremy
was Chief Operating Officer for Valley TeleCom Group, where he oversaw all marketing and sales activities, new product development
and customer service operations. Jeremy, a graduate of the University of Tennessee, now resides in Tucson, AZ with his wife and three
children, but still lives and dies by the Tennessee Volunteers.
