Rule 17 – Assistance
The participants can benefit from a personal assistance of one
person on each camp. A unique and numbered ticket will give
access to the assistance zone.

Runners, upon registering, have agreed to respect
the rules. Those accompanying them must take care
not to get on the wrong side of them regarding their
commitments at the risk of their being penalised.
Personal assistance is tolerated only at certain
refreshment posts, in the zone specifically reserved for
this use, upon the presentation of an "Assistance" ticket
(see above).
This assistance can only be assured by one single
person, without specific equipment apart one bag of 30
litres maximum. All professional assistance (team or
professional trainer, doctor or other persons in the
medical profession, paramedics...) is strictly forbidden.

It is forbidden at all other refreshment posts as well as at any other point along the route.
Trails de la Vésubie (30 and 55km) : no assistance is allowed, at any point along the
route.

The "Assistance" tickets are given to the runner in the
racebib envelope.

to"Levens". Park your car on the village, the
assistance area is on the " Rivet house"
From Utelle, take the Aclap path and take the
south direction in direction to balise 6. From
there you can take the runner route in direction
of the col d'Ambellarte.
From Levens, continue on the M19 " Duranus
road" in direction to "Duranus, Roquebillière".
Pass Duranus village and on "St Jean La rivière"
turn left in direction to Utelle, pass the bridge
and turn right in direction to "Madone d'Utelle".
After Utelle, continue to « le sanctuaire de la
madone d’Utelle ». Be carefull, runners cross the
road several times.

From St Martin Vésubie, take the road in
direction to Venanson and continue to the
village. After 3 bends, you are on the «
vacheries de colmiane » where you can see
