Five Reasons NOT to Exercise “I really hate exercise.” “I just don’t have the time.” “I’m embarrassed for others to see me in workout clothes.” “I have no idea how to use any of the machines.” “I’ve never exercised before – why should I start now?” Sound familiar? The 5 reasons you should start an exercise regime in 2008 are as follows: The I Hate Exercise Factor: Misery loves company. Why not join a class? Most of the residents also hate exercise. Moaning and groaning together is much more fun. The Time Factor: This is really a matter of priorities. If you really want or need to exercise, you can find the time. The Embarrassment Factor: Look around you – you have nothing to fret about. Within a few months of working out, you’ll be looking great. The Machine Factor: This is a simple one: THS will teach you how to use the fitness equipment. Watch for the scheduled equipment clinics. The Why Now Factor: It’s never too late to get healthy! You’ll look better; you’ll feel better; even your doctor will be happy. Start now. It’s time to get on the road to fitness. The THS personal trainers will assist and help you reach your goals.
