Specializing in air and electric hoists from 60 to 5000kg with all trolley options and additional height

Grinding exact notches on pipes is a question of the right machine: By attaching the GXR module,
a GX752H basic unit belt grinder converts into a professional notch grinding machine in just a few
steps - equipped with depth stop, traverse carriage, and fast-clamping. Grinding down for precision
fitting becomes so easy - and much more user friendlier.

It makes no difference whether pipes,
profiles or solid material is being ground - the
notchgrinding module GXR is optimally
suited for that. And that is a standard
feature: for example with a traverse
carriage that is precisely and quickly set
to the required angle as well as a vice
with stainless steel clamping jaws and
unique fast-clamping. That guarantees
precise and sure grinding.
Custom fit contact rollers
Pipes sized dia. 16-75mm and an attack
angle of 30º to 90º can be ground to a
perfect fit with the notch grinding module. The
extensive GRIT contact roller selection reliably

With length stop for production in series

Various guide rails are included in the
scope of delivery that are tuned to the
surface quality of the workpiece. The guide
rail made of brass for rough surfaces such
as corrosion, scale, etc., or laid out during
dry grinding. The nylon rail is the perfect
choice for surface polishing and sensitive
material.
Quick shiny results all round
Perfect surface quality and high process
speeds on pipes and shaf ts are no
contradiction for the cylindrical grinding
module GXC. Even commercially available
fleece belts can be used in connection with
the GX2H basic unit. The advance speed can
be infintely variably adjusted for the material;
up to 2 metres per minute.
GXW for wet grinding
There are several arguments for wet grinding using
the GXW cooling lubricant module: the swarf is
bonded immediately which increases the
service life of the sanding belts, the finishing
results are noticeably improved and thanks
to the reduced heat during grinding the
corrosion risk for stainless steel pipes is
reduced. A closed circuit ensures sparing
consumption of the coolant.

1. Broad range of applications
GRIT GI machine process all materials and formats that are common
in the metal industry: steel, stainless steel and non-ferrous metals –
as flat, round or square materials. All grinding applications belong of
course to the programme: Plane, cylindrical and abrasive grinding as
well as sanding down, radii grinding, chamfering and deburring.

performance and speed. The FEIN HIGH-POWER MOTOR
provides the pipe sander RS 12-70 E with a working
speed of up to 22 m/s. The abrasive peformance is
extremely high with top results - from rough sanding to
mirror polishing. Stainless steel pipes with diameters
from about 8 to 80 mm can be finished; especially
hand rails and rods. Only two sanding passes are
necessary for sanding or polishing pipes because
the belt envelops 1800 of the pipe. Even hand rails
that are already mounted can be finished if they
are at least 50mm away from the wall.

What does high frequency mean?
In electrical engineering, frequencies above 10 kHz are described
as high frequency. But for power tools this term is commonly used
to describe all frequencies above the standard mains frequency of
50/60 Hz. Modern high frequency power tools usually operate at a
frequency of 300 Hz.
Achieving this level requires special generators that bring the power
up to the higher frequency. These frequency converters are connected
to the national three phase grid. Dimensioning and installation can be
carried out by any professional electrician.
In many areas of industry and manual trades where power tools are
expected to deliver maximum performance for extended periods, FEIN
high frequency prove their superior machine design.
Metalworking and metal machining tasks like heavy duty grinding,
rough machining and separating demand the upmost reliability from
power tools. High frequency power tools from FEIN have high power
reserves - on average around 100% more than the rated power. Speed
remains constant across the entire load range. That means you can
work with optimum peripheral speeds, high grinding power and
minimum wear to the grinding disc.
Because of the design and concept, FEIN High Cycle Motors are totally
sealed against dust, with large alloy fan sucking in air at the rear and
forcing around the outside of the motor. This is ideally suited for foundries
or especially where there is an extremely dusty atmosphere which shortens
the life considerably of ordinary air and electric tools.
Another key requirement - maximum robustness and durability is
fulfilled by special design features. Induction motors with squirrel cage
rotors have no rotating coils or other wearing power transmitting parts
like commutators or carbon brushes. The sealed dust proof motor
with surface cooling prevents any dirt from penetrating into the motor,
reducing maintenance requirements and costs to a minimum.
Compared with pneumatic tools and power tools with universal motors,
there are a whole range of advantages:

The above chart shows the massive output difference under load of high

There are 9 options of capacity for the KSR converters. Based on the
quantities of tools being used at once is what size converter is installed.
These are hard wired into your factory and are designed to have wiring to
multiple work stations.
FEIN frequency converters are vitually maintenance free. As a guide, the
maintenance interval for the ball bearings is approximately 20,000 operating
hours. The frequency converters are easy to install. The installation site
simply requires good ventilation (max. air temperature + 40˚ C). We
recommend installing units of 4 kVA and above on anti-vibration buffers
to minimise vibrations.
The introduction of the new HFS Static Converters makes the FEIN High
Cycle System all the more attractive. Absolutley ideal for smaller fabricators
who want to avoid a permanent installation and associated costs. Perfect

FEIN MULTIMASTER - Renovation
A safe bet for windows, and the number one for doors.
Windows, garage doors and outdoor installations can be
renovated perfectly with the FEIN MULTIMASTER.
Windows are coarse sanded with a grain of 40 or 60. After this, smooth
the surface in a second operation with grain 150 or 180, and achieve
excellent results in next to no time. You are best using the carbide
rasp for heavily weathered surfaces. Using this coarse sand with

Cevisa from Spain uses the principle of milling opposed to punching to create bevels for welding. This method is
silent and creates no heat causing changes in the steel. Without sparks or dust, this method is easily the number
one option over conventional alternatives such as gas or grinding.
