1/4 cup peanut butter
Salad
3 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp canola oil
1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp sriracha
Salad:
1/2 cup cilantro
2 green onions
1/2 green cabbage, thinly sliced
1/3 cup red pepper
1/4 peanuts
Preheat oven to 350. Toast sesame seeds.
Cook pasta, drain, rinse and set aside.
Please peanut butter in large measuring cup
and microwave to soften, 15 seconds.
Whisk in remaining ingredients. Thin with
starchy water if necessary. Toss with vegetables and noodles. Top with chopped peanuts and sesame seeds.

A young woman was suffering badly
from hay fever. She was going to a fancy dinner party that night and figured
she would need at least two handkerchiefs to get her through the evening.
