I am so excited to be a part of the University High School family and I am looking forward to an exciting year. I have been in Orange County Public Schools for over 30 years. My career began in the classroom as an ESE teacher serving at both the middle and high school level. I then decided to make the move to administration and served as an assistant principal for eight years and have now been a principal for twelve years. My husband is also an OCPS administrator and my two children are entering grades six and seven. They are very excited to attend the wonderful activities and events at UHS, so you will see them around. Soon I will be meeting with the Student Government, PTA, PTSA and SAC so that I may find out what is important in the culture of University High School. I wish to maintain those traditions which are a vital piece of the UHS community. I hope you enjoy the rest of the summer!
