Financial Policies
_____ DEPOSITS
I understand the $15.00 deposit is per week per child and will hold that child’s space in that camp
for that week until the balance due date. I understand deposits are NON-refundable and NONtransferable.
_____ PAYMENT DUE DATES and TYPES OF PAYMENT
I understand remaining balances are due by Friday of every week, prior to the week of attendance.
Payments made after Friday will be adjusted to include a $10 late payment fee. Payments can be
made by check, money order or automatic bank draft. We DO NOT accept cash at the campsite.
Automatic payments can be scheduled weekly from credit card or bank accounts. Automatic
payment is the most effective way to never have a late fee again!
_____ UNPAID BALANCES
I understand if any camp week’s balance is not paid on or before Monday, that week WILL BE
CANCELLED. Any deposit paid is NON-refundable and NON-transferable. I may re-register for that
week if space is still available.
_____ CHANGES (Cancelling or Changing Camps)
I understand any changes to my child’s summer camp registration must be made in writing NO
LATER THAN 8 days before the affected camp week starts (by close of business Sunday of the week
prior to the camp). Changing camps is the same as cancelling the original camp and ordering a
new camp. The Refund/Credit policy applies. Original deposits will be lost.
_____ REFUNDS / CREDITS
I understand that weekly camp fees may be refunded (or credited to my YMCA account) if I submit
my request in writing NO LATER THAN 8 days before the start of the affected camp week (by close
of business Sunday the week prior to the camp). I understand refunds are made based on form of
original payment. Payments made by credit/debit card are refunded to the same card. Payments
made with cash/check/money order are refunded by check, mailed to my address on file, and may
take up to 8 weeks.
_____ FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
I understand that Financial Assistance must be renewed by May 1st to ensure approval before
camp begins. Full Payment must be paid while Financial Assistance is processing. The application
process may take up to 10 days. I understand I will be directly contacted by the FA Department.

I understand it is my responsibility to review my original receipt (received at time of registration)
and notify the YMCA of any errors within 48 hours.

Registration Overview
REGISTRATION
You may register at your local Y or online at FirstCoastYMCA.org. Registration is not complete until the
registration packet has been completed and returned along with a $50 registration fee, per child.
Registration fee is waived for participants with a YMCA Family membership. There is a $15
weekly deposit required to hold your space. The registration fee and weekly deposit are non-transferable
and non-refundable. Payments are due the Friday before the desired week. A $10 late fee will be
incurred on Monday. On Tuesday, if payment is not made the participant will be unenrolled for that week
and their space will be filled.
