displays and signage. Series 4100 is a cost-effective choice for applications with less demanding
requirements and it provides the quality and performance you’ve come to enjoy from Calon® vinyl. It
has been rigorously tested and carefully manufactured to ensure good dimensional stability and
adhesion to Arlon’s Signtech® Flexface® FX and acrylic or polycarbonate substrates. The colors stay
uniform and perform well over a variety of service temperatures and durability is up to 5 years.

PAYMENT
A. COD ($9.00 or current UPS charge), VISA, MasterCard, or American Express Shipments.
B. Open account with approved credit. Terms: Net 30 days. 1 ½% charge per month assessed on all past due accounts. Allow 2- 3 weeks
for credit approval. Credit limits strictly enforced.
C. Minimum billing is $20.00. Minimum Charge Card order $20.00
D. We reserve the right to halt any and all shipments to past due accounts until such accounts are made current.
FREIGHT
A. Free UPS GROUND on four 10 yard rolls of in-stock Arlon Premium film. (Must ship together) UPS zone 1 only Residential
Customers $4.00 surcharge.
B. Drop shipments or special orders of non-stock items may incur additional freight charges.
C. Average shipping times are 1 day for New England, 2 days for New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. We are not responsible for
delayed shipments.
D. Drop shipment times range from 1 day (New Jersey Warehouse) to 7 working days (California Warehouse).
E. Special order or unusual items should be ordered before 11:00am for same day shipment.
F. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING DAMAGES. CLAIMS MUST BE MADE TO THE CARRIER.
G. We make every effort to ship items ordered by 3:30 p.m. the same day. Unusual shipment volume or special order items may prevent us
from shipping your items on the day ordered. Call early to insure shipment. If you must receive the item the next day, ask about UPS
Ground track service. (additional charge)
RETURNS
A. No returns without prior authorization.
B. All claims must be made within 10 days of invoice date.
C. Absolutely no returns on fabricated, cut sheet or custom orders.
D. ALL returns subject to 15% restocking charge.
MISCELLANEOUS
A. A service charge of $25.00 will be assessed for any check returned by your bank due to insufficient funds.
B. A service charge of 1 ½% per month will be assessed on all past due accounts.
C. All items are subject to change in specification.
