Tables and Chairs.
*A 10% discount will be offered to wedding receptions held on Friday and Sunday evenings

Q: Are service charge and tax included in the package price?
A: No, a customary 21% taxable service charge and sales tax will be added to prices.
Q: Do you offer any time-related discounts?
A: Yes, we offer a 10% discount on Friday/Sunday/Saturday morning weddings throughout the year.
Q: Do you offer off-peak seasonal discounts?
A: Yes, we offer a 10% discount on Saturday evening weddings and a 15% discount on Friday/Sunday/Saturday
morning weddings during the months of July and August.
Q: Can we do a buffet meal instead of a plated meal?
A: Yes, a 2-entrée buffet can be substituted for the plated meal in each package at no additional cost.
Q: Am I required to have a coordinator for my rehearsal and ceremony?
A: Yes, you are required to have a coordinator on-site to director your rehearsal and ceremony.
Q: If I have an outdoor ceremony at Brier Creek, what is the weather contingency plan?
A: The Grande Ballroom or Palmer’s Cove will be transformed into your ceremony site.
Q: Does Jasmine Court have audio capabilities?
A: Power is available, but microphones and speakers must be provided by the client or a DJ.
Q: Does Brier Creek have a Bridal Suite for the Bridal Party to get ready?
A: Yes, the Bridal Party may use our Dogwood Room to get ready and dressed. The Groom and Groomsmen will
be offered the Men’s Locker Room and Lounge.
Q: When do we pay the final balance?
A: Your deposit is collected to secure your reservation. 50% of the remaining balance will be due 60
days prior to the event. Final payment is due once the final guaranteed guest count is received seven
(7) days prior to the wedding.
Q: Do we have to provide any other vendors?
A: You are responsible for providing the DJ/Band, cake, florist and photographer, but we do have a
helpful preferred vendors list.
Q: Does Brier Creek allow outside catering?
A: With the exception to your wedding cake, all food and beverage must be provided by the Club.
