QUALITY IN DETAIL
SOLAR23 Branding
All solar modules are labelled on the back sheet with SOLAR23
logo. Additional solar modules larger than 50Wp come with a
black SOLAR23 logo laminated behind the front glass.
Serial number
All solar modules come with a serial number. The solar modules
larger than 50Wp come with a serial number which is laminated
behind the glass.
Technology
Solar modules up to 130Wp are manufactured with crystalline
solar cells 156 mm x 156 mm with anti-reflective coating. Solar
modules with higher power come with poly crystalline or single
crystalline solar cells.
Encapsulation
Information
The solar module comes with a low iron tempered glass, anti
aging EVA and high frame resistant TPT (TEDLAR). The back
sheet tedlar is white and is available in other colors on request

The frame of the module is pressed onto the module and held
by four L-profiles. Screwed are not used. A white UV resistant
rubber sealing strip is in-between the frame and the glass.

A silver label is put on the back sheet below the junction box,
showing the product designation (e.g. SOLAR23 SM-50), the
nominal power “Wp” under standard test conditions (STC) and
electrical values such as: VOC, ISC, Vmpp, Impp. The label also
shows a security advise and warning for users:
There are four holes with a diameter of 7mm in the aluminium
frame as an optional way of fixing the solar module on a support structure. The aluminium frame is silver and is also available in other colors on request.

SOLAR MODULES
Coloured backsheets
We can deliver solar modules with coloured back sheets (TEDLAR) and coloured aluminium frames for individual projects and building integrated
photovoltaics (BIPV).
Electrical parameters solar module
Certifications
The original product line of our manufacturer is certified according to
international standards IEC 61215 and IEC 61730 by VDE Germany, and
selected modules by TÜV Reihnland Germany. The solar modules are manufactured in a ISO 9001:2000 factory. All modules come with a CE mark.
