BOOKING CONDITIONS
The Hotel will make a charge of two thirds of the price of any cancelled holiday up to 72 hours
before the arrival date. Less than 72 hours the full charge is forfeit. We do offer an optional insurance
which is £14.50 per person except for Xmas and New Year which is £16 per person.
N.B. There is a 1% charge for all Credit Card bookings (no charge for Debit Cards).
If you have any accessibility questions please raise them at the time of booking so we may make

The Sheraton Hotel
May we extend a very warm welcome to everyone viewing this new edition
of the 2015 brochure. The Hotel Sheraton which for many years has been
lovingly looked after by the McPhee Family has now been taken over by us,
the Seddon family who for 46 years, have run the Elgin Hotel just a Hotel
and a pub away on Queens Promenade. We have also been friends with the
McPhee’s for many years so it must be nice to know that the Sheraton is going
to be taken on by a Family who care about the future of Hotels in Blackpool.
We also believe that our staff are our greatest asset and having met the
enthusiastic team in the Hotel we look forward to working with them.
We intend to invest in the Hotel Sheraton and in winter 2015/2016,
35 bedrooms will be completely refurbished with new furniture, decoration,
beds and bathrooms. Further investment will also see new decoration,
carpet and furniture to the dining room and lounges. There will also be
new signage to the front of the Hotel. This is not intended as a one off spend,
but part of an annual refurbishment programme aimed at bringing the
Hotel up to 3 star standard.
We will also be introducing more themed weekends to the Hotel and
more added value on our Midweek Breaks. If there are any themes you
our customers would like to see, please let us know …we are always open
to suggestions.
We know that change can sometimes be a scary prospect, but we believe that
with our 46 years of experience of being hoteliers in Blackpool we will change
slowly and improve your holiday experience greatly over the next few years.

A warm and friendly welcome awaits everyone who visits this family owned
hotel situated on the cliffs at Queens Promenade opposite the Irish Sea.
We want to give you our valued customers, a great holiday experience, so we
intend to refurbish 35 of the 104 en-suite bedrooms this winter giving them
new bathrooms, décor beds and furnishings. We will also re-decorate the lounges
and provide new furniture for the dining room. This will form part of our annual
refurbishment programme to transform all of the bedrooms and public rooms.

about who’s driving home, no pretending to be
asleep so you don’t have to make breakfast the
next day! Just arrive, take plenty of time to get
ready and then enjoy a FREE bubbly reception
before a five course Gala Dinner. This is followed
by an amazing line up of cabaret entertainment
as well as music from our DJ. We will be toasting
in the New Year with another FREE glass of
