Company SEZ PLASET, founded in 1992, boasts a wide range
of machinery and its experienced team offers a high quality
and professional services.

Slovakia, in industrial park of town
Krompachy.
SEZ PLASET is keeping with the slogan „ from vision to realization“ that indicates
the ability to transform the initial idea into the final product.

Plastic moulding shop
Facility is producing the high quality plastic moulded components mostly for electrotechnical industry.
Plastic components used in electrotechnical devices must strictly comply with certain standards.
Team of experienced professionals and superb equipment guarantee it.
Typical example of our products are components for Circuit Breakers, Switches, Electrical Distribution
boards etc.
Plastic parts are moulded using injection and compression moulding machines.
Used materials: PA, PBT, PC, ABS, formaldehyde bitumens etc.

The facility equipment allow us to produce various types metal parts. We are able to produce metal parts
according the drawing documentation. The facility offers also protective surface coating - galvanic
treatment and painting.
Parts are produced on presses, punched from Fe, Cu, Ms, Al metal sheets
and flanges of 0,1 up to 8 mm thickness and 190 mm width
There is a lot of modern pressing machines in Metal shop e.q. automatic punching press BRUDERER BSTA
41 and BSTA 50, punching line with eccentric press Burkhardt H63 and LE 160 F, punch-bending machine
BIHLER GRM 50, shaping machine TALO 25 and TPO 25 A and classic eccentric presses for mass and batch
production (LEN 10A, LEN 25C, A, LEN 63C, LEPA 100 VA, LEK 160, LEN 400D).

Metal processing shop
Metal parts can be processed in dependence of volume and complexity of their components also on
other machines. We can treat them by classic technology in centre, turret and finish lathes,
milling machines, grinders and thread-cutters.
Mass production is performed by single-spindled turret lathes (A20, A2OB, A4OC), long-spin lathes (AWA
4M, AWA 7, ADA 6, AWA 10, AWA 16, AWA 25), multi-spindled high-performance lathes (TORNOS SAS 16
DC) and ESCOMATIC D2 FLEX SPEED. The facility is also equipped with short turning CNC lathes Traub
TNL 12 K and Doosan Puma 300 MS.

Production of pipe rivets is performed
on JUS machines. Grinding is provided by
centreless grinding machines 3M 182, BB
10. Finally shaped components of mass
production are manufactured on semi
automatic NC lathes SPRY 40 NC.
Besides machinery production the

of producing screw threads using rolling
mills by recessing.
