The Ghyslain Story Born in Quebec, Ghyslain found his culinary passion while working in the field to fund his architectural education. Soon after, he changed career paths and entered the Institute de Tourisme et d’Hotelerie du Quebec. He has received much recognition since and has worked in some of the finest hotels a n d restaurants in North America and Europe. In addition, Ghyslain maintained the position of executive chef for the Quebec Delegation in New York and London. Following, Ghyslain accepted a chef’s position in the United States, where he would meet his wife, Susan. The relationship caused him to develop a new dream - a chocolate boutique. Commitment To Quality We are committed to creating the highest quality chocolates for your enjoyment. Due to the delicate nature of our product, we recommend you store product in a cool, dry place. The proper environment for our chocolates o is 65 F and low humidity. Storage in the refrigerator is not recommended. Ghyslain uses fresh cream, fruit purees and flavors to give you chocolate taste unlike any other. Because of this, we suggest you consume the chocolates within two weeks of purchase. Chocolates may be stored by tightly wrapping the box with two layers of plastic wrap & placing in a freezer.
