Ten apprentice chefs compete to create a unique small plate item either sweet or savoury that must contain at least 20% cheese supplied by Alexis de Portneuf from Quebec. The creativity of these young chefs is a sight to behold and the taste is so authentically Okanagan. To round it out nicely, each apprentice chef is paired with an Okanagan winery whose wines are chosen to match the dish.
