Charte Graphique et Communication
Charte Graphique et Communication ] Préambule Après 4 années d’existence, le temps est venu pour la Communauté de l’Agglomération Havraise de prendre toute sa place dans le paysage institutionnel et de nourrir une relation plus forte avec les citoyens. L’instauration d’une ligne graphique nouvelle, en fixant des normes d’expression, a pour objectifs : • de garantir une cohérence graphique et conceptuelle pour tous les documents, • de traduire leur appartenance à un ensemble homogène, • de véhiculer des valeurs. Cette ligne graphique s’applique à l’ensemble des documents et outils de communication : papeterie, édition, signalétique, publicité, événementiel, dans leur expression institutionnelle comme dans leur expression opérationnelle. Elle fixe, au travers d’une base de déclinaison, les principes de construction graphique, les référentiels chromatiques, les typographies, les modes de traitement visuel, les types d’adaptation aux formats. Les exemples présentés ont une vocation illustrative, et ne sont en aucun cas exhaustif. Il s’agit plutôt de définir, par la mise en place d’un système global, un style graphique et conceptuel au service de la construction d’une image. La Communauté de l’Agglomération Havraise, organe de création récente, doit s’installer auprès de ses différents publics : elle doit être identifiée pour ce qu’elle fait.
