A colour logo or colour printing shall entail a
longer delivery time, depending on the work to be
undertaken.
Proofs will also add to the delivery time, as we
cannot commence printing until such time as the
final proof has been verified. The order will then
be treated as though it was just received and the
normal process shall commence from that time.

Instructions for Ordering
ORDERING
- There is a minimum quantity of 25 cards per order and the cards may only be ordered in
multiples of 25. Designs can be mixed in multiples of 25. For example an order of 50 cards can be
mixed with two designs of 25 each.
LOGOS
- Logos can be emailed to [email protected] in a high resolution jpeg format at minimum 300 dpi.
There may be a charge if artwork requires alterations by us and it is recommended that you enquire before sending artwork and we shall be happy to assist in whatever way possible.
- If we have printed your order before and your logo has not changed, it will be on file - please check
with us first. We can only work with logos in eps, tiff or jpeg formats. (Min 300 dpi)
- Pantone ink colours cannot be guaranteed to be a precise pantone. We cannot guarantee exact colour
match.
- If faxing an order, DO NOT confirm again by post or alternative, as this could mean a duplication of
the order.
- We cannot be held responsible for errors caused by indistinct copy on the order form or it not being
thoroughly checked.
PRINTING
- All the cards in this brochure are manufactured in Ireland.
- All the printing of the cards shall be completed on a white insert with black ink as standard.
Alternate ink colours are also available - please consult price list for additional charges.
- All the cards shall be supplied with an appropriately sized white envelope.
- The verse and personal/company name shall be printed in the approximate centre of page three of the
folded insert with the address in the bottom left-hand corner. If an alternative printing layout is
required, please indicate this in the special instruction box on the order form. Some cards will not have
an insert but this is detailed in the brochure.
- Exact ink colour matching is not possible due to differences in paper products. Pantone ink colours can
not be precisely matched.
- If the order is unsigned, we shall assume that the person completing same is taking responsibility.
A completed order form, together with original artwork (if applicable) should be sent by post.
- A fax copy cannot be accepted as artwork only in a high resolution jpeg format and at a minimum of
300 dpi which is stated above.

Completing the Order Form
COMPLETING THE ORDER FORM

Please ensure that all information on the order form is clearly printed indicating the capital letters.
Punctuation shall be taken as being required and inserted where appropriate. If no punctuation is
required please indicate this in the special instructions box on the order form,

Complete the Quantity and Reference Number of card required and the desired charity from our list if
it is just one you wish to support
If the word ‘FROM’ is to be printed, simply tick the box ‘from YES’. If YES is not ticked, FROM
will not be printed
The Font and a Verse Number. Ink Colour(s), other than black ink (printing is always in black ink,
unless otherwise requested). Please choose font and verse number, otherwise, standard font and verse
will be printed.
For a logo - please supply the printing position, size of logo and a colour copy of the logo.
Express Service is only available for a text layout. We cannot do express service for colour logos.

GREETING VERSE/TYPE STYLE
We offer a choice of five greeting verses and four typestyles. ‘Verse No. 1’ and ‘Type Style A-F1’ shall
be used, should a choice not be indicated on the order form. We can accommodate a special verse.
In all cases, for legibility, the address shall be printed in D-F4 no matter what script type style is used for
the verse and name. We shall try to facilitate any special type layout.
ORDER EARLY/DELIVERY
We cannot guarantee that all cards will be available for the duration of the ordering season. In order to
avoid disappointment, please ensure that you place your order as early as possible. We regret that we
cannot hold cards awaiting printing instructions. If however, an order is awaiting proof verification, cards
shall be held for a MAXIMUM of three days from time of proof being sent. Our usual delivery will be
approximately seven days for orders printed in black ink without a logo. Logos, alternative and additional
ink colours shall incur a longer delivery time depending on the work involved. With regard to proofs, the
delivery period shall only commence following final proof verification being received.
PROOFING AND EXPRESS SERVICE
A proof is a copy of the text laid out as it will be printed and this copy will be emailed or faxed
(where possible).
A confirmed proof must be returned (by post, email or fax) and any changes clearly marked on
same.
Unfortunately it is not possible to supply a completely printed black or coloured proof on the card
it is simply for text layout only.
An extra charge shall be incurred for EXPRESS Orders.
The Express Service is only applicable to orders without a logo and printed in black ink.
The order shall be despatched two working days following receipt of the order or
following final receipt of a confirmed proof by 9 a.m.
