of the industrial wastes generated during electrical discharge
machining. So when we regenerate your resin, we also
remove and dispose of those byproducts.
You don’t have to worry about where to dump the waste,
when to dump the waste, and how to dump the waste. We
handle all that for you.

Quick-connect fittings make it

operator simply turns off the
water, swaps the tanks, and
turns the water on again. A

1. Remove the U-pin. Save the
shipping cap for use when
returning the cell for its next
regeneration.
2. Inspect the ports to make
sure they are clean, and
then assemble the head to
the tank adapter. The head
and adapter are coded for
inlet and outlet.
3. Re-insert the U-pin. If a
purity light is used, simply fit
it to the 1/2” FPT port and
tighten it down. If no light is
needed, the operator plugs
the port with a 1/2” pipe
plug.
That’s it — your cell is ready.
