Harder" <[email protected]> Cc: Policy Programs <[email protected]> Subject: RE: BoardDocs Good morning, Thank you for your inquiry. PSBA Policy Services has been transitioning all of our members to a new Web-Based Policy System which was developed with the assistance of BoardDocs and integrates seamlessly into the BoardDocs paperless meeting solution. This new service is included as a standard part of the annual policy maintenance subscription of $999/yr. We anticipate having the district’s policy manual converted into the new system by the end of September. PSBA also partners with BoardDocs to provide paperless meeting solutions—as the pioneer of eGovernance, BoardDocs has helped close to 1,000 organizations dramatically lower costs, increase transparency and reduce the time spent producing board packets by up to 75 percent. In Pennsylvania, there are currently more than 70 users, including the following school entities in your area: Abington SD (Pro version), Centennial SD (Pro version), Cheltenham Township SD (LT version), Hatboro-Horsham SD (PRO version), Jenkintown SD (LT version), Lower Merion SD (Pro version), Norristown Area SD (Pro version), Perkiomen Valley SD (PRO version), Quakertown Community SD (LT version), Souderton Area SD (Pro version), and Upper Merion SD (PRO version). BoardDocs offers two options, BoardDocs LT and BoardDocs Pro—here is a link to a side-by-side comparison of the features for these on the BoardDocs website: http://www.boarddocs.com/Home.nsf/(WebContent)/26BF224E39EF6D39852570ED006E6DAF?OpenDocu ment BoardDocs Pro provides full functionality for agenda building, staff workflow, electronically moderating a meeting, online voting, minutes generation, and much more; the cost-effective BoardDocs LT offers paperless meeting and agenda building solutions—it allows you to electronically build and manage school board agendas and packets on a secure website and share those appropriately with board members, staff and the public. BoardDocs provides excellent on-site training (I’ve attended it personally) and 7 x 24 US-based, free technical support for users. Both BoardDocs LT and BoardDocs Pro have a one-time set up fee of $1,000 that includes all expenses associated with on-site training and set up for your school entity. The reoccurring annual fee for BoardDocs LT is $2,700; the annual fee for BoardDocs Pro is $9,000. Please let me know if you would like more information from BoardDocs, or if you’re interested in scheduling an online demonstration of BoardDocs for your school administration or Board. Also, here is a 1 Page 18 of 47 link to their general website, where you can read more about their services and testimonials from other users: http://www.boarddocs.com.
