The use of specific public school sites for recreation programs is contingent upon approval of the School Administration. Programs will not be conducted at school sites when schools are closed for holidays. 5 General Information Automated Phone System M. M. A. C. The Manchester Municipal Alliance Committee on alcohol and drug abuse prevention and youth services (M.A.C.) currently operates several substance abuse prevention activities. Volunteers are needed and new members are welcome to join. Meetings are held on the last Tuesday of every month, 7:00 p.m. in the Town Hall Civic Center. Refund Policy: Refunds will NOT be issued once a program starts. Refunds will NOT be issued for one day events, including theatre trips.
