of their Cosmos vacation, provided they are accompanied by an adult. On escorted vacations, we do not accept children
under 8 years old because we’ve found that they are too young to enjoy these vacations.

Solo Traveler Savings
Travel doesn’t have to be a couple or group activity! In fact, more than a third of our passengers are out there seeing the
world on their own, so we’ve designed a great way for solo travelers to avoid paying the single room supplement and save
money. We accept “guaranteed share” reservations that match up solo travelers of the same gender in twin-bedded rooms.
And if no other traveler books “guaranteed share” on your chosen vacation, we’ll set you up in a single room at no extra
charge! If you are a solo traveler who prefers the privacy of your own room, single accommodations can be reserved. Single

Vittoria studied Languages and Communication in
Italy, graduating with degrees in Interpreting and
Communication, and translation. In addition to Italian,
she speaks English, German, French, Spanish, and
Portuguese. She has an extensive travel background
that has taken her throughout Europe, Asia, Africa,
and the United States. To expand her knowledge,
she lived and worked abroad. Vittoria loves guiding
travellers through Europe and turning their travel
dreams into reality.
Graham Lye
Tour Director (Morocco & Iberian Peninsula)
Graham has been directing tours for the past 12 years
to Morocco, Spain, and Portugal, highlighting the
cultural, social, and historical aspects of the countries
to visitors. He attended the very well respected
University of Sunderland in the United Kingdom and
studied Business with French. Afterward, Graham
did post-graduate studies in North Wales and was a
teacher of math and computing in Morocco. He is a
passionate volunteer and enjoys trying new restaurants
in town. Other interests include discovering Art Deco architectural styles.
Lynda Brown
Tour Director (Western Canada)
Born in Calgary, Lynda caught the travel bug while
teaching in Europe. Western Canada is her preferred
travel destination, and she loves having the Rockies in
her backyard to enjoy year round! She has also had the
thrill of introducing many visitors to Calgary’s famous
Stampede every July. Lynda is a proud Canadian and
proud Calgarian who is here to share the pride and love
she holds for her country—its people, culture, food,
geography, and history.

You’ve probably heard stories about high food prices when traveling
abroad, and some are certainly true. The Cosmos budget formula
also works here to your advantage. We take care of a large portion
of your meals, yet leave you enough free time to sample Europe and
South America’s gastronomic delights on your own.
Breakfast, though not included in your tour price, is usually easily
available across North America, and some of the hotels you will
stay at may offer it on a complimentary basis. As most of our hotels
offer anything from coffee to a full breakfast, you can start the day
the way you like best. All provided meals are clearly stated on the
itinerary pages.
A full cooked buffet breakfast is provided daily in Britain, Ireland,
and South America. On the European Continent, buffet breakfast
is included daily and consists of coffee, tea or hot chocolate,
orange juice, cold and hot milk, cereals, yogurt, two types of bread,
croissants, jam, butter, and cold cuts (cheese, ham, salami).
Most lunches are not included, and your Tour Director will prove
invaluable in showing you where you can lunch inexpensively. He or
she will point out small cafés and restaurants where the locals eat.
Perhaps you’ll want to sample one of the local cheeses or sausages.
Buy some crisp fresh rolls, and wash it all down with inexpensive
local wines and beers. Eating “European style” can be a lot of fun
and a truly memorable experience.
Some dinners are also included in Europe & South America. They
are three-course meals and feature perhaps soup or pasta, a main
course with vegetables or salad, and dessert. Regional specialties are
often offered. We don’t include hotel dinners where they clash with
shows or where dining out at local restaurants is a major attraction.
We don’t want you to have paid for a meal that you then skip to
take advantage of the best a city has to offer. Your Tour Director
knows the local scene and can guide you to restaurants, nightclubs,
and other places of entertainment in an affordable price range.

When your itinerary includes a special event, such as a cruise on
Prince William Sound, lunch will be included. Due to limited facilities
at national parks, it is unlikely that we will be able to arrange special
or even vegetarian meals.
Dinnertime is your chance to sample local cuisine. Sometimes your
Tour Director will offer an optional dinner outing or recommend a
restaurant that serves a good choice of dishes at down-to-earth prices.
Please note on all Cosmos Vacations: Special meals, such
as vegetarian, can be requested, and we will do our best to
accommodate the requests; however, we regret if your choice of
meal is not available. While some hotels may be able to provide
for a special diet, including vegetarian or salt-free food, there
is no guarantee. Special food may cost extra. Please ask your
Tour Director for assistance, and he/she will do his/her best to
accommodate your request.
Since we try to show you the real destination, and cuisine forms an
integral part of this experience, meals included on a Cosmos tour are
never Asian/Indian. For a list of Indian restaurants you can try on the
days that meals are not included in Europe, South and Central
America, and North America.

Day 2 AMSTERDAM AREA–RHINELAND,
GERMANY. Today, enjoy sightseeing in
Amsterdam, with a Local Guide pointing out the
city highlights. Later, a CANAL CRUISE to see the
town from water level, then watch the cutting
and polishing of precious stones at a DIAMOND
CENTER. In the afternoon, travel southwards to

Day 3 RHINELAND–ROMANTIC ROAD–
ROTHENBURG–MUNICH. Start the day with
a scenic drive along the shores of the Rhine or
opt for a Rhine cruise. Admire the pretty villages,
the castles perched high above the river, and
the numerous terraced vineyards. Next, a drive
along the Romantic Road, through towns and
villages protected by medieval towered gates and
battlements, with squares of half-timbered houses
and richly decorated fountains. A fine example
of this architecture is the center of Rothenburg,

Day 4 MUNICH–INNSBRUCK, AUSTRIA–
VENICE AREA, ITALY. Travel from Munich
to Austria for a stop in the capital of Tyrol,
Innsbruck. In the afternoon, drive over Brenner
Pass into the Dolomites to admire this unique
natural wonder before the descent into the Piave

Day 5 VENICE–MONTECATINI. The included
orientation tour starts with a BOAT RIDE and
is followed by a chance to watch Venetian
GLASSBLOWERS fashion their delicate objects as

This morning, visit the LION MONUMENT and

BERNINA EXPRESS begins in St. Moritz and
takes you across lofty Bernina Pass via the Swiss
Poschiavo area to Tirano in the Italian Valtellina.

shores of Lake Como and then Lugano, where

Day 6, Thu. LUGANO–LUCERNE AREA.
Another lovely journey today through the
valleys of the Canton Ticino, through the
Gotthard Tunnel, and into more magnificent
Alpine scenery as you descend to the shores of
Lake Lucerne. Today, visit one of Switzerland’s
finest cities, nestled amid its snowcapped Alps,

Palace plus ST. MARK'S SQUARE before the visit

northwards through lovely Tuscan countryside

city, like Piazza Signoria with the Loggia dei

LYON AREA. Leave the French Riviera this
morning and head inland, crossing sun-drenched
Provence. Stop in Aix-en-Provence, then travel
into the vineyards of the Rhône Valley. Overnight

Day 10 LYON AREA–BEAUNE–PARIS. Enjoy
vistas of famous vineyards on the way to
Beaune, famous for wines such as Chambertin
and Nuits-Saint-Georges. Its Hôtel-Dieu is one
of the oldest hospitals in Europe. Head for the
final excitement of Paris, the most sparkling
city in the world. Time to enjoy an optional

world’s beer capital, Pilsen, to Prague, capital of

drive northward through the Tuscan countryside to

cities, Lucerne is nestled amid its snowcapped
Alps, surrounded by its lake, and graced by the
clear mountain waters of the Reuss River. Your visit
takes in the impressive city walls, CHAPEL BRIDGE,
ornate patrician houses lining cobblestone streets,
and the LION MONUMENT—a masterful stone
sculpture in honor of the heroic Swiss Guard of
Louis XVI. A grand selection of optional activities

Switzerland’s finest cities, Lucerne is nestled

sunnier ambiance of Canton Ticino. Stop in

landed on the shores of the Côte d’Azur, he
made his way to Paris via Grasse. Continue

GERMANY–ULM AREA. A comfortable journey
on the German Autobahn, traveling south into
the Rhineland and past Stuttgart into Bavaria

Day 4, Mon. ULM AREA–INNSBRUCK,
AUSTRIA–VENICE AREA, ITALY. Drive south
this morning into Austria by way of Fern Pass
into Tyrol and on to its capital, Innsbruck.
Continue by way of the Europa Bridge into Italy
and enjoy the enchanting views of the mighty
Dolomites. Descend into the valley on to the
Venetian plain; then, travel eastwards to the

Day 5, Tue. VENICE AREA. Venice is more like
a marvelous film set than a real-life city, with
its criss-crossing canals, gondolas and water
buses, arched bridges, palaces, and busy little
piazzas. The included orientation starts with
a BOAT RIDE and is followed by some time at
leisure to enjoy this unique city, and a chance to
watch Venetian GLASSBLOWERS fashion their
delicate objects as they did centuries ago. Don’t
miss the optional gondola trip, gliding along the

Day 6, Wed. VENICE AREA–ASSISI–ROME.
An interesting drive southward, cutting across the
Po Plain, then through the gentle Umbrian hills to
Day 7, Thu. ROME. The ”Eternal City”—a city
Day 8, Fri. ROME–MONTECASSINO–POMPEII–
SORRENTO. Deeper into the south today, making a
first stop in Montecassino to view the MONASTERY
and ABBEY perched high above the valley. The
monastery was the home of the Benedictines,
founded in 529 and destroyed four times over the
past centuries. The last time it was laid to ruin was
in 1944 during the great Battle of Montecassino.
Next is another great sight. Time stopped for the
rich, aristocratic town of POMPEII with the terrible
eruption of Vesuvius in 79 AD. Your Local Guide
will bring the town back to life by explaining the

the Lombardy plains, and into Switzerland for an

Day 13, Wed. LUGANO–LUCERNE AREA. Some
truly magnificent Alpine scenery this morning
as you travel into the very heart of the Swiss
Alps. Once through the St. Gotthard Tunnel, you
start your descent to Lucerne, perhaps rightly
considered the most Swiss-looking city in the
whole confederation. Today’s visit takes in the
impressive city walls, CHAPEL BRIDGE, ornate
patrician houses lining cobblestone streets,
and the LION MONUMENT, a masterful stone
sculpture in honor of the heroic Swiss Guard of
Louis XVI. A grand selection of optional activities
completes the day: a cruise on the fjord-like lake;
a funicular and cable-car ride to the 6,227-foot
summit of Mount Stanserhorn; and, of course,
time to shop for that very Swiss watch. Continue

Our vacations are carefully planned to include visits to places of interest and panoramic drives through areas of natural beauty. There’s so
much for you to look forward to! Please refer to the itinerary pages for a complete description of what is included in the vacation of your
choice. Our itinerary descriptions are detailed, and inside visits and special features are spelled out in UPPERCASE.
Hand-Selected Hotels
Good accommodations are vital to your enjoyment on vacation. We pre-screen and select hotels that are mainly superior tourist-class (ST)
and tourist-class (T), but we also feature moderate first-class (MF), first-class (F), and some superior first-class (SF) or moderate-deluxe (MD)
hotels. In remote areas, there may be no hotels available in these categories, so we choose the best available (BA) hotels. In this brochure,
you’ll find national park lodges and hotels followed by the abbreviation “(NP).”
Each hotel is rated by our quality controllers following standards set by the independent Hotel & Travel Index and by state or provincial
tourist boards. Hotels are listed on the itinerary pages, although it may be necessary to substitute with an alternate hotel of equivalent
standard. Your travel documents list hotel addresses with telephones and fax numbers, plus you can find more details on our website.
In North and South America, rooms generally are air-conditioned, have color TV, and many even have swimming pools. Not all hotels in
Europe are equipped with air-conditioning or tea- and coffee-making facilities in the room.
Cosmos hotels are always located in good neighborhoods, some more centrally and others in residential areas. Especially in large cities, we
sometimes prefer good hotels in residential areas on the outskirts to less desirable or overpriced downtown hotels. Rooms at all our hotels
include private bath or shower and a toilet. Triple rooms are usually no larger than twin or double rooms. The additional bed is often a rollaway bed put in for the night. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed.

Air-Inclusive Vacations For South America
Air-inclusive vacations to South America are available for passengers traveling Ex-USA and only available when booked in conjunction with a land
vacation. Air-inclusive price quotes will include all government-imposed taxes and fees applicable at the time of booking and will be shown as a Total
Amount. An additional $300US non-refundable deposit is required for any air booked in conjunction with a land/cruise vacation. Cosmos reserves the
right to ticket passengers upon receipt of full land and air deposit; thus, any subsequent changes and/or revisions to airline reservations at your request
after receipt of full land and air deposit are subject to revision fees and/or airline-imposed change or cancellation fees. Generally, these fees are up to
$300 but in some instances, may be up to 100% of the ticketed price. Please ask if any such charges apply before making changes, as all changes at
your request are payable by you.

Joining Late & Leaving Early
Many Cosmos land arrangements in Europe start and end in London. If you have already spent time in the British capital, you may want to skip one or
more of the included London nights and join at the first overnight hotel on the European Continent. Call your travel agent for any reductions that may
apply to your land-only vacation for joining late or leaving early.
Many of our vacations exclude the London stay in this brochure, in case you wish to stay with friends or family before your tour leaves London. However,
Cosmos also offers vacations that do include a stay at London hotels, and you can also add extra nights in London if you want to stay longer.
If you are joining the tour in London but are staying on your own, you will need to find your way to the designated London hotel on the day of
departure. Please verify your joining hotel details in your travel documents before leaving your country.

Personalize Your Cosmos Vacation With Extra Nights
For your convenience, we can arrange for your airport transfers to/from
the hotel where your vacation commences/ends. In London, you will be
welcomed by our uniformed local hosts at the airport on arrival before
taking your transfer.
We will make reservations for you at the rates quoted below, provided
you request them at the time you book your trip. Rates are per person,
per night, and include a room with private bath, service charges,
porterage, and taxes. Extra nights are available only immediately prior
to or after your vacation and not on extensions. Extra pre-tour nights
in London are not available if you join your tour later than Day 2.
“Guaranteed share” basis is not available for extra nights. As hotel space
is limited, we cannot reserve more than three extra nights before and/or
after a vacation. During particularly busy periods, hotel space in certain
cities can become so tight that we may be unable to sell extra nights.
In Europe, on regular arrival and departure dates, transfers may be
purchased for $25us per person per way for specific timings. Please have
your travel agent contact us to check if your flights qualify for transfers.
Transfers can also be provided when you purchase extra nights before or
after the vacation (see tariffs below). Transfers must be booked at least
2 weeks prior to the departure of your tour. Transfers cannot be added
when you join late or leave early. For North and South America, please
see chart on the opposite page for transfer pricing, which applies to both
brochure dates and extra nights.
Every effort is made to reserve extra nights at the hotel where your
tour stays. If space at the tour hotel is not available, alternative
accommodation will be reserved at a hotel of equivalent standard. When
this is the case, the transfer to and from the tour hotel is at our expense.
As hotel space is limited, we cannot reserve more than two extra nights
before and/or after a tour, unless they are needed to bridge the gap
between two Cosmos vacations.

Important Information About Your Cosmos Vacation
What exactly is included in my vacation?
When will I receive my travel documents?
The true value of your vacation is in the accurate detailed vacation
description on the website and in the brochures, which is unusually specific
about accommodation, touring in deluxe motorcoaches, sightseeing,
and included meals. The agenda for each day is spelled out with what is
included in the price. Sightseeing with Local Guides is clearly listed. Inside
visits are shown as UPPERCASE in the tour description, including admission
charges, where applicable.
Travel documents for Cosmos, including any air tickets (if applicable),
itineraries, and other information, are sent approximately two to three weeks
prior to departure, provided full payment has been received. A service charge
per reservation may be added for documents requested in advance. Please
have your travel agent check with us for detailed inclusions.
Are prices published in the brochure/on the website
guaranteed?
Vacation prices are per person, based on double occupancy, and do not
include airfare, except as noted on the itinerary pages. These costs are as
per rates and taxes—including all-important foreign exchange rates—known
at the time of costing. Single room supplements and triple room reductions
are listed where applicable; not all accommodation types are available on
all vacations. We encourage full deposit early to secure your space and to
protect the price of your vacation. Prices are subject to increase without
notice, subject to the guarantees set forth below.
Once Cosmos has received your full non-refundable deposit, your vacation
price is guaranteed and you are protected against any base land price increase
due to currency surcharge. Any subsequent cost increases are at our expense,
not including energy cost increases and/or any government tax increases.
Vacation departures in 2017 are subject to price and itinerary modifications.
Full details will be available in September 2016. Passengers have the right to
cancel their reservation without penalty within 7 days of notification in the
event of price increases for 2017 departures.
Why is it important that I give my name as it appears
on my passport at the time of booking?
Due to increased travel security around the world, it is now more important
than ever that your bookings with airlines, hotels, cruise liners, etc. match
your first and last name exactly as it reads on your passport. We do not allow
a change in names of passengers at any time after the booking is made.
Does Cosmos provide visa assistance?
All travelers are required to check the current visa and entry/exit
requirements with local consulates before their travel and the responsibility
for obtaining visas rests with the travelers. Please ensure all your documents
are in order when applying for the visas, as per the checklist provided by
the consulates. Due to constant changes in the consulates’ document
requirements, Cosmos is unable to offer visa assistance nor does it take
any responsibility for obtaining or notifying travelers about visas required
for any vacation. Full cancellation, as applicable, is payable for guaranteed
tours if visa is denied by consulates. We recommend that you apply for
visas well in advance and get them in order before guaranteeing.
Please consider TRIP PROTECTION to help protect yourself against
cancellation penalties arising out of visa rejection or delay (subject to
conditions; please see website for details). Please note that certain tours or
cruises may need more than one visa, such as Schengen visas and UK visas
or US and Canada visas.
What is the policy if I have to cancel? How can I
protect against cancellation?
The cancellation policy differs based on the tour and the time of cancellation.
Guidelines of our cancellation policy are available in the Terms & Conditions
section as well as on the website and from your travel agent. You can
protect yourself against Cosmos’ cancellation charges by purchasing
Trip Protection from us, in case you are cancelling due to a covered
reason.
Does Cosmos offer a Travel Protection/Insurance plan
for purchase? Is a plan included in the vacation price?
In certain countries and regions, Cosmos offers Trip Protection/Insurance
that protects against trip cancellation, delay, and interruption. This is not
comprehensive travel protection and only provides coverage on Cosmos and
other Globus family of brands trips, in case you have to cancel or leave early
due to covered reasons. If covered with Trip Protection, which is optional for you
to purchase, you will receive a travel credit that is good for a period of
12 months and enables you to take another vacation with us, rather than losing
your funds against cancellation. It is optional for you to purchase and
is not included in the standard vacation price. It cannot be added after the tour
is guaranteed for payment. We are unable to waive cancellation charges for any
reason due to our commitments to suppliers.
Are arrival & departure transfers arranged for all
vacations?
Airport transfers may be purchased on all land-only reservations provided
the arrival and departure timings are within the scheduled airport transfer times
as specified for the particular vacation. The timings can be checked by your
travel agent. Transfers are not available for non-brochure dates but can be
arranged if purchased with pre/post nights. Transfers cannot be provided if
joining late or leaving early. Flight information is MANDATORY for booking the
transfers. Transfers will be provided only if confirmed by the Globus family of
brands.
What is the difference between a twin-bedded room
and a double-bedded room?
A double room is a room designed to accommodate two people, though not
necessarily with two separate beds. A twin-bedded room has two separate
beds of any size. We usually reserve twin-bedded rooms for our travelers.
All requests for double-bedded room are subject to availability at the time of
check-in.
What size is a triple room?

A triple room is the same size as a twin or double room. It will have beds to
accommodate three people; however, we cannot guarantee that there will
be three separate beds. If there are only two beds, a rollaway bed may be
requested but also cannot be guaranteed.
When can I purchase optional excursions?
How fast-paced is my vacation going to be?
The Globus family of brands offers over 450 vacations and while some are
very leisurely paced, others are more of a medium pace. Typically, Panorama
vacations covering more countries/cities in a short duration make a vacation
quick paced; Regional Discoveries are at a medium to leisurely pace. Every
vacation has a pace meter in the brochure indicating its pace.
How long will we be on the road each day?
How often does the motorcoach stop en route?
Driving time varies for each vacation. It depends on the itinerary, and the
driving distance is mentioned in the travel documents, if available. When
driving between cities, the motorcoach stops after every 1.5 to 2 hours
at places where you can pick up a snack/meal and use restrooms. Most
vacations do not include drives from one city to another every day.
How early will I have to wake up on the vacations?
The wake-up call differs based on the type of vacation, the season when you
are traveling, the city that you are in, and even the weather. Wake-up times
are not the same each day, and the Tour Director will advise you of these once
the tour begins. Early starts offer the advantage of reaching sightseeing spots
before the rush, leaving you free the rest of the day to enjoy the destination
and to do as you please. It is imperative that all participants maintain
punctuality to ensure that no compromises are made on the inclusions.
You can learn about the Activities & Excursions available on your Cosmos
vacation by visiting Cosmos.com/MyCosmos. These are designed to enhance
your experience and are scheduled perfectly within your itinerary. A complete
listing will also be available on the website and your travel documents. You
may choose to purchase these Activities & Excursions in advance; some may
be available to purchase from your Tour Director while on vacation. If the prebooked optional excursion does not operate due to some reason, the money
will be refunded the same way the payment was received. Some optional
tours may not operate due to weather, minimum participation, or other
operational reasons.

What size can my suitcase be?
Due to limited motorcoach capacity, your bag should have dimensions not
exceeding 30”x 21”x11” and weight not exceeding 22 kg. Carry-on luggage
should not exceed the dimensions of 12”x11”x 6.” We regret that we are
unable to accept a second suitcase or any luggage exceeding these limits.
Trolley bags are not allowed on the motorcoach. Please note that air carriers,
cruise lines, and other forms of transportation may have other restrictions
and requirements, including weight, and we recommend that you contact
the suppliers directly for additional information. Some airlines also charge for
checked baggage. Cosmos is not responsible for any additional fees imposed
by airlines on baggage.
How is seating determined on the motorcoach?
What meals are included in my vacation? Can I request
Indian/vegetarian/special cuisine while on tour?
We offer daily rotation of seating, which gives everyone a variety of views.
The rotation is mandatory and is adhered to by everyone, without exception.
The exact number of meals included on your tour is clearly specified on the
itinerary and is different for each vacation. Breakfast is included daily on
most vacations, with the exception of North America, where breakfast is not
included in the tour price; but some included hotels may offer complimentary
breakfast. Our vacations strive to introduce you to authentic flavors, so you
can enjoy the destination in a deeper way. Therefore, included meals are
usually local or continental and are never Indian or other specialty Asian
cuisine. Please request vegetarian meals at the time of booking, and also with
the Tour Director when on tour; this can usually be accommodated when
requested in advance, but cannot be guaranteed. In certain countries and
regions, such as North America’s National Parks or South America's Amazon,
it may be difficult to find Indian or vegetarian meals. When meals are not

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
The purchase of any travel services offered by Group Voyagers, Inc.,
authorized to do business as Cosmos (hereinafter "Cosmos") constitutes
a contractual arrangement between you and Cosmos, and represents
your unconditional acceptance of the Cosmos Terms & Conditions set
out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these
Terms & Conditions prior to booking. These Terms and Conditions are
subject to change after the publication of this brochure. You are advised
to check on the Web sites or to request the latest version of the Terms
& Conditions from your Travel Agent or Cosmos prior to booking your

How to make your reservation
To make your reservation, see your Travel Agent, contact Cosmos, or for
more information, visit our website CosmosVacations.in.
DEPOSIT:
A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $250 per person per land
vacation is required for Cosmos to reserve space for you, with some
limited exceptions as noted below. Cosmos accepts Visa and MasterCard.
Your booking is not confirmed and payment is not deemed made until
the deposit is received by Cosmos and you receive a confirmation invoice
for your booking. Your reservation will be automatically canceled if
deposit is not received by Cosmos by the deposit due date. On certain
departures, deposits may be required at time of booking to hold or to
confirm space for you. Payment of the deposit indicates you have read
and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions.
Please review and verify your booking invoice thoroughly and contact
your Travel Agent or Cosmos immediately if your vacation invoice appears
to be incorrect or incomplete, as it may not be possible to make changes
or modifications later. Cosmos cannot accept responsibility if we are not
notified of inaccuracies within 5 days of sending out the invoice. In the
case of billing errors, Cosmos reserves the right to re-invoice you with
correct pricing.
FINAL PAYMENT:
Final payment for your vacation is due 45 days prior to commencement
of services, with some limited exceptions as set forth below. If final
payment is not received by the due date, your reservation will be canceled
and your full deposit, including Trip Protection premiums, will be retained
and forfeited. Cosmos is not responsible for, nor liable to compensate
you for any canceled land and/or air reservations in the event payment
is not received by the final payment date. Payment in full is required at
time of booking for reservations made within the final payment date of
your vacation (in most cases, within 45 days of departure). For group
reservations, group policies will apply. Cosmos will provide group policies
upon request to you or your travel agent.
Acceptance on the vacation is subject to presentation of the Cosmos
Traveler Certificate, which will be available in your final Travel Documents.
EXCEPTIONS APPLY TO THESE VACATIONS:
The following deposit and/or final payment dates mentioned herein
under apply to these vacations. Please see your confirmation invoice for
more information on deposit and/or final payment dates. Deposit, final
payment, and cancellation terms for vacations offered by Cosmos can be
found at CosmosVacations.in.
Other Vacation Exceptions:
•For vacations that include a Holland America cruise, final payment is
due 75 days prior to the commencement of services.
•For vacations that include the Rocky Mountaineer or VIA Rail train,
final payment is due 65 days prior to the commencement of services.

commencement of services.
•For vacations that include a cruise on the Santa Cruz, final payment is
due 90 days prior to the commencement of services
•Intra-vacation air: An additional $250 per person, non-refundable air
deposit is required for packages with Intra-vacation air as noted in the
itinerary. Applicable land deposit as above is also required at time of
booking.

BOOKING CANCELLATIONS & CANCELLATION FEES:
If a booking cancellation is received by Cosmos prior to the final
payment date of your vacation, your non-refundable land deposit and
Trip Protection payments will be retained and forfeited in addition to
any other entity’s imposed cancellation fees or penalties, including but
not limited to airline, hotels and cruises. For individual reservations, the
following per person cancellation fees apply. Total price does not include
discounts, promotions, or special incentives. (For group reservations, refer
to the Group Policy.)
STANDARD CANCELLATION FEES FOR ESCORTED AND
INDEPENDENT VACATIONS:
•45-22 days prior to commencement of services: 20% of total price

Cancellation fees may also apply to any additional services, including
extra night accommodations, independently supplied services, and
optional excursions reserved prior to, during, and after the tour.
Cancellation penalties will be quoted at time of cancellation. Any change
of flight(s), including but not limited to flight cancellations and /or name
changes, requested after full land and air deposits are received revisions
fees, change fees, or airline cancellation fees will apply (see “Revision
Fees” below). In many instances, airline revision or change fees can be
up to $300 per person but in some instances may be up to 100% of the
ticket price.
Cosmos reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any vacation departure
for any reason, including insufficient demand or force majeure. If a
vacation is canceled prior to departure, Cosmos’ only responsibility
will be to refund the amount received for the reservation. Cosmos will
try to rebook the same vacation with a different departure date or a
similar vacation but there is no guarantee of availability of offering.
For air-inclusive vacations, Cosmos will try to confirm air schedules for
the selected new dates, subject to availability. Cosmos cannot assume
responsibility for any additional costs or any fees relating to the issuance
and/ or cancellation of air tickets or other travel arrangements not made
through Cosmos.
REVISIONS & REVISION FEES:
In addition to any airline-imposed change fees, a fee of $30 per
transaction will be charged by Cosmos for any alterations or revision
made to a reservation after deposit or payment is received. Any revision
to a booking, including but not limited to flight cancellations or name
changes, may result in the loss of confirmed airline reservations or
increased airfare or increased hotel/cruise tariff which will be payable by
you. In many instances airline revision or change fees are up to $300, but
in some instances may be up to 100% of the ticket price.
Additional airline, cruise and hotel penalties may also apply to
alternations or revisions to a booking and may be up to 100% of the full
price which will be payable by you. A change of traveler name, vacation
date, or itinerary within final payment will be treated as a full cancellation
and new reservation; vacation and airfare cancellation fees (as above)
apply.
AIR ARRANGEMENTS:
All carriers are independent operators and are not owned, managed or
operated by Cosmos. Your airline ticket is a contract between you and
the air carrier only, even if you purchase through Cosmos. By purchasing
your air services through Cosmos you waive all liability for Cosmos for
such air services.
Cosmos is not responsible if an airline cancels, reschedules, or delays a
flight for any reason. If you purchased air through Cosmos, we will try
to assist in making new arrangements providing you have not already
checked in with your airline for your first flight segment. After check
in, you must work with the airline directly to reach your destination or
to make any alternate arrangements including amendments to return
services. Please be aware airline fees often apply for modifications to air
schedules not related to airline imposed flight cancellations, reschedules
or delays. These fees will be payable to the airline directly at time of
request.
If you miss your departure flight or connection, it is your responsibility to
work with the airline on which you are ticketed to reach your destination.
No refunds will be provided by Cosmos for portions of trips missed due
to canceled, rescheduled or delayed flights after airport check-in, nor is
Cosmos responsible for any additional expenses you may incur prior to
joining your trip if you miss your departure flight or flight connection.
For air purchased through Cosmos, if any air schedule requires an
overnight stay in a gateway city, Cosmos can assist you with hotel
reservations at your request without any assurance of a confirmed
booking; however, the cost of the overnight stay (including but not
limited to hotel and meals) is your expense. Air routings are subject to
availability. Routings are not guaranteed and are subject to change at
any time.
When you make your own flight arrangements, Cosmos will not be
responsible for any loss resulting from cancellation or changes in
international gateways, itineraries or travel dates. We recommend that
you do not purchase airline tickets with high penalty charges for changes.
Under the Secure Flight Program enacted by the U.S. Department of
Homeland Security, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA)
requires airlines with flights in or over the USA to collect information
from you for the purposes of watch list matching. TSA may share
information you provide with law enforcement or intelligence agencies
or others under its published system of records notice. At time of
booking a vacation with air reservations, Cosmos will collect the required
information and add to your air booking to pass to the airline(s) for the
Secure Flight Program. The information includes full name, date of birth,
gender and redress number (if available). Failure to provide the required
TSA information at time of booking will result in the loss of confirmed
flights and airfare price as information is required for ticketing. Rebooking
lost airfare is subject to schedule availability at time of rebooking and may
result in alternate flight schedules and/or increases in airfare price. Any
increase in airfare price is payable by you.
Some countries may require aircraft cabin insecticide treatment for
in-bound foreign flights. For more information about aircraft disinfection
requirements and a list of countries requiring disinfection of in-bound

PARTICIPATION, ON TOUR BEHAVIOUR & PUNCTUALITY:
As you are traveling with a group of international travelers on Cosmos
vacations, all participants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner
that is not disruptive to the group and in a manner that is appropriate
for group travel. To understand travel etiquette, please visit

For the benefit of everyone on the vacation, Cosmos reserves the right to
accept or reject the booking of any vacation participant and to remove
any vacation participant from participating in or being a part of one
or more itineraries were his or her conduct is deemed inappropriate
& incompatible with the interest of the other travelers. Cosmos is not
responsible for any losses, including missed sightseeing or having to make
alternate travel arrangements, if you fail to meet the representatives of
Cosmos at assigned timings and places/pick up points while on tour.
Cosmos will not refund nor cover any cost or expenses incurred for
termination of vacation arrangements due to unacceptable behavior
or inability to maintain punctuality. The decision of behavior being
acceptable or unacceptable rests solely with Cosmos. All Tour Directors,
Local Hosts, Local Guides, and ship crew speak English and all vacation
commentary is conducted in English only. For maximum enjoyment and
understanding, you should be able to read and speak English.
TRAVELERS WHO NEED SPECIAL ASSISTANCE ON TOURS AND/OR
CRUISES:
You must report any disability requiring special attention while on tour
or on cruise to Cosmos at the time the reservation is made. Cosmos will
make reasonable attempts to accommodate the special needs of disabled
travelers, but is not responsible in the event it is unable to do so nor
responsible for any denial of services by air carriers, hotels, restaurants, or
other independent suppliers. Cosmos cannot provide individual assistance
to any vacation participant for walking, dining, getting on and off
motorcoaches, cruise ships and other vehicles, or other personal needs.
A qualified and physically able companion must accompany travelers
who need such assistance and must assume full responsibility for their
well-being. All travelers with Cosmos are subject to the Participation
clause above.
Not all sightseeing stops/sites accommodate wheelchairs and some
locations and sightseeing activities require extensive standing, sitting or
walking, sometimes on unpaved or cobblestone streets. Cosmos is not
responsible for any missed activities due to a participant’s inability to
participate with the group. The Americans with Disabilities Act is only
applicable within the United States and facilities for disabled individuals
are limited outside its borders. Most transportation services, including
the touring motorcoaches and cruise ships, are not equipped with
wheelchair ramps. With prior permission and waivers, we will attempt to
accommodate motorized scooters on USA vacations, depending on the
suitability of the itinerary. Motorized scooters are typically not suitable for
tours to all other destinations. The vacation participant must clarify the
details of any required assistance with Cosmos before making a booking
request. You assume the full risk of use and of any prohibitions imposed
by any vendor.
YOUNG TRAVELERS:
Travelers who are under 18 years old on the departure date must be
accompanied by an adult throughout the vacation and must share an
adult’s accommodation. On vacations that include an Alaskan or Hawaiian
cruise, or on any vacation with an overnight stay in Las Vegas, at least
one member of the traveling party must be 21 years of age or older.
Children under 8 years of age are not allowed on Cosmos Escorted
vacations. For any special requirements regarding airline tickets for
children, contact your airline directly.
On Cosmos escorted vacations, young travelers ages 8-17 receive a
10% discount on the base land vacation price except on vacations that
include a cruise on the Santa Cruz. The price does not include internal air
transportation.
Young Traveler discounts for vacations offered by Globus, Monograms &
Avalon Waterways can be found at GlobusJourneys.in.
Due to heightened security, many countries have adopted practices
to prevent international abductions of children. If a child will be
traveling with adults other than the parents or with only one parent,
it is recommended that a notarized letter be written by the parents
or non-traveling parent granting authorization to travel, including
the dates of travel. We suggest that you also contact the appropriate
consulate and airlines because they may have additional requirements or
recommendations
SMOKING:
Smoking is not allowed on transportation that is exclusively provided by
Cosmos. On cruise ships, smoking is restricted to certain areas of the
vessel.
Many hotels in North America have imposed a 100% non-smoking policy
and many cities have imposed non-smoking regulations in public spaces.
As a standard rule, Cosmos confirms non-smoking hotel rooms. If you
require a smoking room a request may be submitted, but we cannot
guarantee availability.
PRICE POLICY:
All vacation prices are in US Dollars and are based on rates (reflecting
foreign exchange rates) known at the time of publication and expected
to be in effect at the time of departure, and do not include airfare except
where noted on specific itineraries. Vacation prices are per person,
based on double occupancy (two people sharing a room). Single room
supplements and triple reductions or pricing are listed where applicable.
Not all accommodation types are available on all vacations.
Prices are subject to increase without notice, subject to the guarantees
set forth below.
Once Cosmos has received your full land deposit for any land vacation
that land vacation price is guaranteed and you are protected against any
land price increase due to currency surcharge. Any subsequent land cost
increases are at Cosmos’ expense, not including energy cost increases
and/ or any government tax increases.
Pricing for vacations with Intra-vacation air, vacations are guaranteed
when Cosmos has received your full land plus air deposits as noted
above. Cosmos reserves the right to ticket vacations with Intra-vacation
air upon receipt of full land and air deposits thus any subsequent
revisions made at your request are subject to airline imposed change
fees, cancellation fees and/or changes in airfare price, which are your
responsibility to pay.
Vacation departures in 2017 are subject to itinerary and price
modifications. Price is guaranteed with receipt of full deposit (as noted
above). Full details will be available in November 2016. Travelers have
the right to cancel their reservation without penalty within 7 days of
notification in the event of itinerary modifications for departures in 2017
with the release of the 2016 brochure.
VISAS & PASSPORTS:
You are responsible for obtaining and paying for all visas and entry
and exit documents, for meeting all health and other requirements,
and for any documents required by the laws, regulations, orders, and/
or requirements of the countries you will visit. You must consult with
appropriate consulates to determine if any visas are needed and are
responsible for obtaining all visas and entry documents independently.
Cosmos is not responsible for providing you with specific visa and
passport information or documentation, and Cosmos cannot accept
liability for any passenger refused entry onto any transport or into any
country due to failure of the passenger to carry correct documentation.
Cancellations due to visa denials will be charged per the cancellation
policy (as noted above). All passengers travelling internationally are
required to have a valid passport. Most countries require that the passport
be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the conclusion of your trip. It is
recommended you have a minimum of three blank pages in your passport
when traveling, as many countries require blank pages. Multiple-entry
visas are required for some vacations. It is your responsibility to verify
all visa and passport requirements from concerned embassies of the
countries where you intend to travel. The process of obtaining a visa and/
or passport can take up to three months or more.
Some government agencies in foreign countries require Cosmos to collect
and pass on certain personal and other details related to you, including
but not limited to government-issued identification and passport details.
If you fail to supply the details as requested fully and accurately, your
trip may be interrupted or cancelled. There are no refunds for failure to
provide documentation or failure to provide documentation by the time
required.
HOTELS & ACCOMODATIONS:
The hotels listed on this website are intended to be used on all
departures; however hotels are not guaranteed. Cosmos reserves the
right to substitute other hotels than those listed on the itinerary pages. If
a change becomes necessary for any reason, including alternate hotels for
additional departures on the same date, or hotel location changes within
or outside itinerary cities, the hotel substituted will be of equivalent
quality to those shown. No refunds are provided for hotel changes; full
cancellation penalties as noted above apply.
Every effort is made to reserve only twin-bedded rooms. Occasionally,
some hotels will only provide double-bedded rooms. These rooms, if
available, will be allocated to couples. Please note that check-in times
vary worldwide; Cosmos cannot control or guarantee check-in times and
will not be held liable for any compensation in the event of late check-in
by any hotel.
In the rare event that included train or air services are unavailable,
alternate services will be provided. Itinerary timings are approximate and
may be subject to change.
BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE:
Porterage at hotels for one suitcase per person is included in the vacation
price. Airport/train station porterage is not included unless otherwise
specified in your travel documents. Please be prepared to carry your own
suitcase on and off airplanes and trains and through airports and train
stations. Due to limited motorcoach capacity, your single bag should have
dimensions not exceeding 30”x21”x11” and weight not exceeding 50lbs
(22kgs) unless otherwise noted in your Travel Documents. We regret that
we are unable to accept a second suitcase or any luggage exceeding
these limits on any vacation. Some vacations have more restrictive
regulations than listed above. Please refer to your Travel Documents for
more information.
Carry-on bags should not exceed the dimensions of 12”x11”x6”. For
safety reasons, wheeled carry-on bags are not suitable as hand luggage
on motorcoaches and mini-buses. Carry-on bags must be small enough to
store in overhead bins or under the seat in front of you on motorcoaches
and other transportation.
Air carrier restrictions may vary from the limitations listed above. Size and
weight limitations for carry-on and checked baggage vary from airline
to airline and even according to destination, and are becoming more
restrictive. Cosmos is not responsible for additional fees imposed by air
carriers for baggage and these fees are not included in the airfare or the
vacation package price. You will be required to pay these fees directly
to the airline at check-in. Regulations within most airports require that
travelers handle their own luggage through customs.
No responsibility is accepted by Cosmos for loss of or damage to baggage
or any of the traveler’s belongings throughout the duration of the
vacation. Baggage insurance is recommended in addition to Cosmos’ Trip
Protection since Trip Protection does not cover lost or damaged baggage.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:
Passenger Travel Documents, including air e-ticket itineraries, are released
approximately 2-3 weeks prior to departure, provided full invoice
payment has been received. If available, a service charge per reservation
is added for documents requested in advance. If documents cannot be
received through your Travel Agent or via email and need to be delivered
to any address by mail or courier, charges as applicable, are paid by the
passengers and these costs will be quoted at the time of reservation.
Delivery of paper airline tickets will attract an extra delivery charge for
covering courier expenses. This charge will be informed to you at the time
of making the reservation.
GRATUITIES:
Gratuities are included for services during the land stay of your vacation.
This includes wait staff at included meals, hospitality staff at hotels for
nights purchased through Cosmos, and porterage at hotels for one
suitcase per person. Gratuities for your Tour or Cruise Director, Local
Hosts, Local Guides, Tour Driver, and ship’s crew are not included in the
vacation price and are discretionary.
NOT INCLUDED IN THE VACTION PRICE (including when air is not
purchased through Cosmos):
The following charges are not included in the land vacation price: airfare
to and from the start of your vacation; Intra-vacation air unless specified
in the itinerary; airline baggage fees including checked and/or excess
baggage fees; Federal inspection fees for the Federal U.S. Customs
and Immigrations; International Air Transportation tax; agricultural
tax; other per person taxes imposed by government entities; airport
taxes and fees including the September 11th Security fee up to US
$10 per person, passenger facility charges up to US $18 per person,
Federal domestic flight segment fees up to US $3.70 per segment, and
U.S. and International arrival and departure and other governmentimposed, between US$200 to US$600 per person added by the airline
and applicable at time of booking; port taxes; passports; visas and
vaccinations; tips to your Tour or Cruise Director, Local Host, driver,
Local Guides, and/ or ship’s crew; gratuities on ferries, trains, and cruise
ships; laundry; telephone; minibar; alcohol, beverages, and food outside
of the contracted Cosmos menu as presented at a hotel or restaurant
or onboard your vessel (these extra items will be billed to you before
leaving the hotel, ship, or restaurant); airport transfers on non-qualifying
flights, airport transfers with cruise only or land only vacations; optional
excursions; porterage at airports and train stations; Trip Protection;
baggage fees; and all other items of a personal nature.
Some South America countries (Argentina and Chile) require international
Travellers to pay entry and/or exit fees at the airport. These fees will be
collected by the local government and are payable by the Traveller at
time of travel. Your confirmation booking information will contain details
about these fees. If you would like more information prior to booking,
please contact your Travel Agent.
REFUNDS:
Please note that any request for refunds is subject to these Terms &
Conditions; no refund will be made for unused services of less than
48 consecutive hours, for unused transportation where group activity
tickets are involved or for voluntary modifications made by the traveler.
Airport transfers are complimentary with air booked through Cosmos
on qualifying ex-USA flights and dates. Not all flights or dates qualify.
Customers not using the included transfer will not be given a cash
equivalent or vacation price reduction.
SERVICE INQUIRIES AFTER THE VACATION:
After returning from your vacation, if you wish to inquire about any
services provided, please ensure that all correspondence relating to those
services is received by Cosmos, Traveler Services, Group Voyagers Inc. (see
address under “Responsibility”).
Any complaint or claim involving the vacation services offered in this
brochure or on the website, involving the negligence of any suppliers,
subcontractors, or agents in relation to any service provided to the
vacation participant, must be notified to Cosmos while on vacation or
within 30 days of the vacation completion failing which it will be deemed
that the vacation participant is satisfied with the services available,
except where such time limitations are prohibited by law. Any delay in
forwarding the complaint could result in reduction or even forfeit of
the expected compensation from the supplier, if you do not follow the
complaints procedure set out in this clause.
As it is difficult and sometimes impossible to properly investigate a
complaint if Cosmos is not advised of such complaint quickly, any
compensation you may have been able to claim could be reduced or
even forfeited if you do not follow the complaints procedure set out in
this clause.
HOLIDAYS:
During local or national holidays or special events, peak seasons,
on Sundays, and during religious occasions, certain facilities such as
museums, churches, restaurants, sightseeing tours, hotels, and shopping
may be limited or not available. Alternatives will be offered whenever
possible. Cosmos cannot be held responsible for any closures, necessary
itinerary changes or curtails for any reason.
Christmas Market Vacations:
Please note that Christmas markets generally close around third week of
December.
SAFETY:
Please be aware that during your participation in vacations operated
by Cosmos, certain risks and dangers may arise beyond our control,
including but not limited to: the hazards of traveling in undeveloped
areas; travel by boat, train, automobile, aircraft, or other means of
transportation; forces of nature; political unrest; acts of lawlessness
or terrorism; and accident or illness in remote regions without means
of rapid evacuation or medical facilities. Cosmos will not have liability
regarding provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care that
may be rendered. While Cosmos will use its best efforts to ensure that
adequate measures are taken, by agreeing to participate in a vacation
and/or optional excursions you agree that you will hold Cosmos harmless
regarding any provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care
rendered. Cosmos is not responsible for such risks and dangers that may
arise beyond our control. Payment of your deposit indicates you accept
these risks and dangers and agree to hold Cosmos harmless for such.
PHOTOGRAPHS OR PICTURES:
Photographs or pictures appearing in this website should be used
solely as an indication of facilities and attractions. Actual facilities and
attractions may vary according to itinerary. Maps shown on the vacation
pages are current at the time of printing and may not reflect the actual
routing should the itinerary change.
OPTIONAL EXCURSIONS & ACTIVITES:
Optional activities and excursions (“the Services”) available for booking
are provided by local operators or other third parties that are entirely
independent of Cosmos and do not form any part of the product or
services sold to you by Cosmos or of these Terms & Conditions, even
where Cosmos suggests particular operators/other third parties and/
or assists you in booking such optional activities or excursions. Your
contract for such Services will be with the organizer or operator of that
Service and will be subject to its Terms & Conditions, which may contain
exclusions or limitations of liability. Cosmos has no liability for any such
optional activity or excursion or for any act(s) or omission(s) of the
organizer or operator or for any of its employees or agents or any other
person(s) connected with the optional activity or excursion.
Any advice or assistance on or with any Service provided by any local
representative does not mean or imply that the Service is sold, supervised,
or controlled by Cosmos or that any such advice or assistance is given
on behalf of Cosmos. Vacation participants are asked to check with the
operator of any optional activity or excursion and the applicable Terms &
Conditions before booking.
For operational reasons, not all optional excursions listed in the tour
itinerary, in print or online or in travel documents may be available during
your vacation. Your Tour Director will advise of availability while on tour.
Excursions purchased in advance of travel at MyGlobus, MyCosmos,
MyAvalon and MyMonograms are non-refundable within 11 days of
commencement of services.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Group Voyagers, Inc., located at 5301 South Federal Circle, Littleton,
Colorado 80123, USA is an independent company (“the Company”)
licensed to market and distribute travel products under the Cosmos,
Globus, Avalon Waterways, and Monograms brand names, and arrange
for the vacation services offered in this brochure or its website, including
transportation, sightseeing, and accommodations through independent
contracts.
Air carriers, accommodations, and other suppliers (including but not
limited to trains, cruises, ferries, motorcoaches, hotels, and restaurants)
providing services are independent contractors and are not agents,
employees, servants, or joint venturers of the Company or its affiliates.
All certificates and other travel documents for services issued by the
Company are subject to the Terms & Conditions specified by the supplier,
which are available upon request, and subject to the laws of the countries
in which the services are supplied.
The international carriage of passengers is subject to international
conventions and treaties, where applicable. These international
agreements limit and, in some events, exclude the carrier’s liability to
passengers (vacation participants). Where any claim or part of a claim
(including those involving death or personal injury) concerns or involves
any travel arrangements (including the process of getting on or off the
transport concerned) provided by any air, sea, inland waterways, rail,
or road carrier or any stay in a hotel, the Company’s maximum liability
is the maximum which would be payable by the carrier or the hotel
keeper concerned under the applicable international convention, treaty,
or regulation applicable to the travel arrangements or hotel stay (e.g.,
but not limited to the Warsaw Convention, the Montréal Convention for
international travel by air, the EU Regulation on Air Carrier Liability for air
carriers with an operating license granted by an EU country, the Athens
Convention for international travel by sea) in that situation.
After departure, if the services included in the vacation cannot be
supplied or there are changes in an itinerary for reasons beyond the
control of the Company, depending on the circumstance, the Company
will take reasonable action to arrange for the provision of comparable
services. Any resulting additional expense will be the responsibility of
vacation participants, and any resulting savings will be refunded by the
Company to vacation participants.
The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any person as a
vacation participant; to expel any participant from the vacation or any
itinerary in the vacation; to make changes in the itinerary whenever the
Company deems it necessary for the comfort, convenience, or safety of
the participants; and to cancel a vacation at any time.
The vacation participant agrees that neither the Company nor its affiliates
shall be liable for any damage, loss (including personal injury, death,
and property loss), or expense occasioned by any act or omission of any
supplier providing services, any insurer or insurance administrator under
the Trip Protection plan, or any other person.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION:
Any dispute between the vacation participant and the Company directly
or indirectly relating to the Terms & Conditions shall be first submitted to
mediation at Denver, Colorado, before a mediator mutually agreed to by
the parties. If mediation is not successful, the dispute must be resolved by
binding arbitration under Colorado law before the Judicial Arbiter Group
or its successor located at 1601 Blake Street, Denver, Colorado 80202.
The prevailing party shall be entitled to an award of costs and reasonable
attorneys’ fees.
Arbitration against the Company must be commenced within one year
following the date of tour completion under the laws of Colorado.
Neither the Company nor any affiliate shall in any case be liable for other
than compensatory damages, and you hereby waive any right to punitive
damages. The Governing law for the Arbitration proceedings would be
laws of the state of Colorado, USA.
Any action to enforce the arbitrator’s decision shall be brought in the
state or federal courts in the State of Colorado, USA.
No person, other than an authorized representative of the Company by
a document in writing, is authorized to vary, add, or waive any term or
condition on its brochure or website, including any term or condition set
forth in the preceding provisions.
TRADE NAME:
COSMOS is a trade and service mark owned and/or applied for and/or
registered by Cosmos European Travels AG, in the Indian Trade Marks
Registry and in other global jurisdictions. TURNING TRAVEL DREAMS INTO
REALITY is a trade and service mark owned by Cosmos European Travels
AG and may be the subject of trade and service mark applications and /
or registrations in other global jurisdictions. Group Voyagers, Inc., is an
authorized user of the trade and service marks COSMOS and TURNING
