ACADEMICS. BMS welcomes students of diverse academic
backgrounds in grades PreK-12th grade and excels at maximizing the
potential of each student.
SPIRITUAL GROWTH. Doing everything to the glory of God compels us
to excellence. As a school deeply rooted in Christ, we seek to impress
upon our students the understanding of God’s truth by providing an
environment where Christian teachers provide prayer, devotions, Bible
classes, Bible memorization and chapels to strengthen not only the
minds of each student, but also their hearts.
ARTS. The arts are not an after-thought for us! BMS provides
elementary, middle school and high school art classes and electives
such as pottery, photography, and drawing and students take part in
Fine Arts Festivals. While private music lessons are available for all
desiring students, our high school students can hone their talents by
competing at district chorus and band competitions.

General Information
Bid numbers must be secured at the registration table. You must
have a number in order to bid on an item during the auction. You
may use the same number Friday & Saturday, but please pay for your
Friday purchases before you leave Friday evening.
All sales are final, there are no exchanges or refunds.
Thank you to everyone who helped to make this sale a success.
Thanks to the individuals and businesses who made donations of time,
money and merchandise. Thanks to the many people who helped
with the quilts and served on one of the many sale committees. Our
apologies to anyone whom we may have missed in this book.
IRS Charitable Contribution – If you pay more than fair market
value to BMS for merchandise, goods, or service, the amount you pay
that is more than the value of the item may be a charitable contribution
– IRS Publication 526.
Payments can be made by cash, check, or credit card.
Visa, Mastercard, Discover accepted.
Reserved Seats: Comfortable, padded, reserved seats are available
at the front of the gymnasium for $10 each. Your seat will be reserved
for both Friday evening and all day Saturday. Call the school office to
reserve your chair. Payment must be received in order for your seat
to be reserved. Cash, check and credit card payments are accepted.
Credit card payments may be made over the phone, call 717-9352184.
Student Donations: Students in Grades K-5 write to someone,
asking for a donation for the Auction each year. The items received
as a result of this “letter writing campaign” will be sold during the live
auction, starting at 11:30 am, Saturday. As items are received they will
be posted online.
Kids’ Activities: Friday night – Children can watch a movie from
6-8 pm; Saturday – Kids can participate in games, activities & crafts
from 9 am - 2 pm.
Parking: Handicapped Spaces are available behind the high school
building. There will be a shuttle service available for those who need
it. A big thank you to Jake’s Carts of McVeytown for donating golf
cards to use as shuttles again this year!

Use this information for buying the right sized quilt for your bed. Consider
the size of the mattress, the amount of drop & the desired amount of pillow
tuck. Mattress width & length are standard:
Twin – 39” x 75”
Double – 52” x 74”
Queen – 60” x 80”
King – 78” x 80”
Mattress thickness varies, as does the height of beds from the floor, and the
recommended drop ranges from 15” to 21”. Another option is to put a dust
ruffle around the edge of smaller quilts so it reaches almost to the floor.
Quilts are not listed in the order they will be sold. Lists will be available the
day of the sale.
Quilt sizes are approximate. Many are pre-quilted size.
Merchandise bought during the Quilt Auction will not be available for pickup
until after the Quilt Auction. At that time buyers may pay the cashier in
the school office for their purchase, where they will receive a receipt. Bring
the receipt to the back of the stage where quilt committee members will
provide your heirloom purchases, bagged & ready to go. Thank you!
