BOOKING CONTRACT 2016
RENTAL ACCOMODATION
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RENTALS
CAMPING PITCHES
• The basic package includes the pitch for the tent, caravan or camper for 1 or 2 people,
access to the toilet blocks and to the residential facilities.
RENTING
• The rental accommodation includes equipment. The basic package is from 2 to 8 places,
depending on the type of accommodation and the Village.
• Yelloh! Village campsites reserve the right to deny access to the village to groups or
families whose number exceeds the capacity of the accommodation rented.
PRICES AND TOURIST TAX
• The prices indicated are effective for the 2016 season. They are for one night and are
quoted in euros, including VAT.
• The tourist tax is 0.40€ per person older than 18 years/night.
CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT
• For bookings made over 30 days before the start of the holiday, a deposit of 25% of the
total price of the facilities reserved must be paid to the Village at the time of booking. The
balance must be paid to the Village, at the latest, by 30 days before the start of the holiday.
• For bookings made less than 30 days before the date of the start of the holiday, payment
must be made in full at the time of booking with the Village.
CANCELLATION AND ALTERATIONS
1. Booking alterations
• Alterations to your booking may be made at no cost, subject to availability in the Village. •
In the absence of any notification from you regarding a change of arrival date, the accommodation or pitch may be made available for sale again 24 hours after the arrival date
specified on the contract, and you will consequently forfeit your booking.
2. Unused facilities
Any stay that is interrupted or cut short (late arrival, early departure) by you shall not give
rise to reimbursement.
3. Cancellation by Yelloh! Village
• In the event of cancellation by Yelloh! Village, except in the case of force majeure, the
stay will be reimbursed in full. This cancellation shall nevertheless not incur the payment
of damages and interest.
4. Cancellation by the camper
• Any cancellation of a booking must be made in writing (recorded delivery) to Yelloh!
Village Lac des 3 Vallées. Reimbursement of sums paid shall take place after deduction
of the amounts specified below.
If the cancellation occurs:
• Over 30 days before the start of the stay: the prepaid deposit shall be retained by the
Village. • Less than 30 days before the start of the stay: the total cost of the stay shall be
retained by the Village.
YOUR STAY
1. Arrival
• Days of arrival and departure are every day except monday for accommodations. For
camping arrival and departure any day.
• Rental accommodation: On the day of your arrival you may check in from 5:00 pm, and
you will be required to pay a deposit on being handed the keys to your accommodation.
2. During your stay
• It is the camper’s responsibility to take out insurance: the Village accepts no responsibility
in the event of theft, fire, bad weather, etc., or in the event of any incident concerning the
civil responsibility of the camper.
• All clients must comply with the provisions of the internal regulations. Each named tenant
is responsible for disturbances and nuisance caused by persons staying with or visiting
him.
3. Departure
• Rental accommodation: On the day of departure specified in your contract, the accommo- dation must be vacated before 10:00 am. The accommodation shall be left perfectly
clean, and the inventory may be checked. Any breakage or damage shall be payable by
you, along with any repairs to the premises, if that should prove necessary. At the end of
your stay, the deposit shall be refunded to you after deduction of compensation retained,
on production of supporting invoices, against possible damage ascertained during the departure inventory. The retention of the deposit does not preclude additional compensation
in the event of the expenses being greater than the amount of the deposit.
• Rental accommodation: In the event of the accommodation not having been cleaned
before your departure, a fixed cleaning charge of 80€, including taxes, shall be demanded
of you. • For any delayed departure, you may be charged for an additional day at the price
appli- cable for that night.
PETS
• Pets – apart from Category 1 and 2 dogs (dangerous) – are admitted, for a supplement
payable at the time of booking. They must be kept on a lead at all times. Dogs’ and cats’
vaccination certificates must be up to date.
LAWSUITS
• In the event of any dispute, competence is assigned to the campsite’s local court.
• Any potential complaint concerning non-compliance of facilities with regard to contractual
obligations must be notified in writing (recorded delivery) to the management of Yelloh!
Village Lac des 3 Vallées within 30 days of the end of the stay.

DATA PROCESSING AND LIBERTIES
• The information that you provide us with at the time of your booking will not be transmitted
to any third party. Yelloh! Village shall treat this information as confidential. It shall be used
solely by the Yelloh! Village internal services, for processing your order and to reinforce
and personalise communication and the services offered to Yelloh! Village clients concerning your centres of interest.
• In accordance with the data protection law of 6 January 1978, you have the right to
access, rectify and challenge personal data concerning you. To this purpose, you simply
need to send us your request in writing indicating your surname, first name, and address.
CANCELLATION GUARANTEE OR INSURANCE
• Cancellation fees may be covered by cancellation policies offered by the village, for a fee
of €15 including taxes per holiday for a camping pitch or for €3 including taxes per night
for rental accommodation. Should one of the following events occur before your departure:
serious illness, serious accident or death of a member of your family, complications of pregnancy before the 7th month, extensive material damage to your own property rendering
your presence absolutely necessary, redundancy, accident to or total theft of your vehicle
and/ or your caravan occurring on your direct route to the place of stay, cancellation or
modification of holiday dates by the employer.
• You will be refunded as follows:
25 % of the rental charge in the case of an event occurring between the date of booking
and the 30th day before the planned date of taking up use of the facilities.
100 % of the rental charge in the case of an event occurring less than 31 days before that
date. • During your stay, if one of the above eventualities occurs, compelling you to cut
short your stay, you will be refunded by the sum corresponding to the part of your stay that
has not been effected and already charged for by the campsite.
• In case of accident: Notify the campsite in writing (recorded delivery) within 24 hours, as
soon as you know of any eventuality that will prevent you
INTERNAL REGULATIONS
All customers are required to comply with the following provisions laid out in the Establishment’s internal regulations:
• As a health measure and to respect the environment, household waste must be placed
in hermetically closed garbage bags and disposed of in the containers provided for the
purpose in designated areas on the site ( the waste disposal area, located nearby the
multi-sports ground in the green camp, or in the waste disposal area at the camp site
entrance, in the yellow camp). Glass must be disposed in the containers provided for the
purpose behind the Poséidon building.
• Use of equipment with high electric consumption such as ovens, radiators, electric barbeques and washing machines is strictly forbidden on the pitches due to the risk of overloading electric lines and subsequent electricity cuts. (Attention : too many laptops connected
to the same location can result in short circuits or damage to equipment)
• Barbecue are permitted but only on coal or gas (not electric barbecues). They are neither
provided nor rented locally. Collective barbecues.
• The 1st category dogs are not allowed on the site. The 2nd category dogs are allowed,
lea- shed, muzzled and secured. The other categories of dogs are allowed on any site,
including in shops and rented accommodations. They must, however, be held on a leash
at all times. • It is forbidden to wash pets in the sanitary areas; specific showers are designated for their use in each camp site. Dogs are not allowed in the general enclosure of
the pool (grass + beaches), and on the beaches of the lake and in the Beach Club (only
allowed on the lawn). Pets must not be left alone in rented accomodations or on pitches.
Dogs and cats must have an up to date vaccination card.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult in play areas. They are under this adult’s
responsibility at all times in the play area. For safety reasons, play areas are closed after
22:00.
• Children must be accompanied to sanitary areas, failing which parents will be held liable
for any disturbance or damage that they may cause.
• Circulation within the campsite by motor vehicles is forbidden between 22:00 and 08:00.
A night time parking facility is available for traffic outside these times.
• Silence is required in the campsite after 24:00 to respect the rest of each one.
• Swimming in the swimming pool is only authorised during the hours of surveillance.
• The lifeguards have full police authority on the bathing areas.
• Connection to electric terminals must be carried out with cables and plugs that comply
with current legislation (2 poles + 1 earth). N.b a 50 metres cable should be foreseen, and
a European adapter.
• One vehicle per reservation is included in the price for all additional vehicles a rate of
5€ per additional vehicle
• Daily visitors ; after being authorised by the direction, they can spend the day at the site,
and are under the full responsibility of the campers they visit. Entry price; 6 € per person.
- Any pitches will be released on the day of termination of the contract, up to 11 am. In the
event of delayed departure, each client must pay the “visitor” fee of 6€.
- All rental accommodations will be released on the day of termination of the contract, up

• Groups are not admitted on the site.
• Under-age persons are not authorised to stay on the site alone.
• Any undeclared supplement (additional person, dog...) discovered during your stay will be
billed to the customer right from their date of arrival.
• Each customer is issued a sticker upon arrival. It must be displayed on the windscreen,
failing which access will be prohibited or an entrance fee will be required. • During the high
season, a guardian controls the entrance on the camping for all vehicles and a security
team surveys the site during night time. If necessary, they are entitled by the direction to
sanction whatever is it’s nature.
• Participants in activities, including sports tournaments are subject to rules set by the
animation team. The Direction will not be held responsible, nor intervene in case of disagreement with the arbitration or on the interpretations of the regulation.
• Children under 5 years old cannot be accepted in the children clubs present on the
site, because of a special regulation. Any cheating on the age of enrolled children will be
punished. There will be no exceptions allowed, even on release signed by the parents.
• Any behaviour intended to disturb the general order of the campsite may cause the
immediate removal of the campingsite (alcohol, drugs, vandalism, theft, noise repeated,
provocative and indecent behaviour).
• The official regulations for each service (laundry, nautical club, skate park, children’s play
areas, swimming areas, children’s club, sports facilities, beach club, etc...) is dis- played
on site and prevail in case of dispute.
• Access to the disco for minors under 16 years is subject to written parental permission.

• Image right; you authorize, expressly and without any counterpart, the campsite to use on
any support the photographs of you or your children who could be taken during your stay,
for the advertising needs of the campsite.
• All use of alcohol in public is stricly forbidden (with exception of the bar and restaurant)
and will result in an immediate exlusion of the campsite.
• The direction could not be held responsible for the offences made towards goods of the
customers of our campsite.
• Any breach of the regulations stipulated herein will be subject to immediate dismissal
from the site.
• The Bordeaux courts shall have sole jurisdiction in the event of dispute.
YELLOH! VILLAGE’S RESPONSIBILITY
• The client acknowledges that Yelloh! Village may not be held responsible for any false
information supplied by its partners or by any third party that might be specified in the Yelloh! Village brochure or on its website, concerning the residential premises, and particularly
its photographs, descriptions, activities, leisure activities, services and dates of operation.
All photographs and text used in the brochure or on the Yelloh! Village website are non
contrac- tual. They are for information purposes only.
• Certain activities and facilities offered by the Yelloh! Village and specified in the brochure
description may be cancelled, particularly when due to adverse weather conditions or force

BOOKING CONDITIONS
• The reservation becomes effective solely with the agreement of the Village, upon receipt
of the deposit and either upon receipt of the booking contract duly completed and signed,
or upon your agreeing to the general conditions of sale when booking on-line.
• Yelloh! Village Lac des 3 Vallées is not bound by bookings unless we have accepted
them. We are free to accept or to refuse bookings, depending on availability, and, in general, depending on any circumstance
that is likely to be prejudicial to the execution of the booking made. Yelloh! Village Lac des
3 Vallées offers family holidays, in the traditional sense, and the accommodations have
been specially designed to this effect. Yelloh! Village Lac des 3 Vallées reserves the right to
refuse any booking that might contravene or attempt to pervert this principle.
• Booking of camping pitches or rented accommodation is made strictly on a personal
basis. You may not under any circumstances sub-let or transfer your reservation without
the prior consent of the Village.
• Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
