The ET 2001-QSC-Z, AC TECHNOLOGY incorporates many of the best solutions from the entire range of
Ferber’s electronic material handling trucks. Complete with 2 motorwheels, power-steering, hydraulically–
extendable forks and harness mounting capability, it transports and style-changes drawn patterns in the
loom. The whole operation is managed by only 1 operator. Another aid is the ability to operate the truck

ETWOONE-Z
ETWOONE is a fully electric truck with electronic AC TECHNOLOGY. On account of the two motorwheels
the operator can carry out easy manoeuvres in limited space. Purposely studied for Picanol QSC looms it
allows to handle the quick style change modules to and from the textile machines and the preparation room.
Also studied for the single beam transport, all the operations are carried out by a single operator easily and
quickly.
The key to success is to keep the loom industrial speeds. machine running during the preparation work for the style

The CR 29E-F is a truck with manual movement and electric lifting and translation of the beam. Three levers
positioned at the end of the truck manage the vertical rotation of the forks, the left/right translation of the
beam, and lifting/lowering of the central steering wheel which provides tracking during transport. The optional
harness mounting device is also electric and push button operated.

The CR 29-F is available in two versions:

CR29-F an ideal solution for manual beam movement and manual lifting. The truck has a central wheel

MANUAL TRUCK WITH PANTOGRAPH LIFTING CONTROLLED BY HYDRAULIC PISTON
CSV3 is ideal for empty beam handling, with taking on the core beam by means of a small cradle vertically
sliding.
AS version is suitable to transport small fabric rolls bolts with maximum diameter of 450 mm.
Easiness and a safe use make this truck essential for the empty or small fabric rolls taking and transport.
CSV3 allows to take the beams from the ground and from the loom.
The small cradle enables its horizontal rotation making the empty beam or small fabric roll taking easier
A locking position device enables the rotation to be locked, keeping the load in its transport position.
The pedal pump placed under the driving handle makes the load lifting easier.
Safety is ensured by the loading limit regulator and the parachute valve.

JUMP CART
The JUMP CART is a small truck for personnel transport. The standing rider uses a steering rudder with
speed and direction controls. The small dimensions and the motor-wheel steering provide agile and quick
movements throughout the weaving mill.

AGV
AGV (Automated Guided Vehicles) Ferber has a ten year experience in the manufacturing of automation
plants with AGV trucks and can thus carry out customized projects of the whole weaving mill logistics
automation.
These automated guided vehicle systems have flexible and advanced navigation systems, and interface with
elevators, doors and lifters. It uses inertial guide technology with stops and crosses handled by codified
transponders.
One or more PCs typically control and supervise, by radio-modems, the whole handling system that can be
fully or semi automatic driven. AGV plants are normally interfaced with automatic storing systems, loading
and unloading tools and it is usually.

Z*RF TRUCK data logger
The system fully enables all functions of truck only if a key is inserted with a code
belonging to a programmable set
The Z*RF DataLogger is a special device for FERBER trucks with sensors which
sound an alarm upon any impact exceeding a predefined threshold. Z*RF is
equipped with an inside sensor detecting truck bumps. Thresholds defining bump
intensity can be set: when a threshold is exceeded, Z*RF can also store bump
intensity and direction.
• All details of any events, like bumps, time setting, and failures are reported on
the display and record the event details, such as date, time, and driver
identification. The data is then transmitted wirelessly by RF. This immediate
identification allows for more timely corrective action and reinforces safe operations. These user interfaces
also assist in controlling access by ensuring that only trained or certified drivers operate the equipment.
In the more simple version an USB port allows data to be downloaded from device on a PC.
Software allows for the management of data concerning the whole truck fleet, showing all events for each
key and calculating statistics from collected data day by day and operator by operator.
