The NUTEC NTD-2003 is a machine designed to work throughout the
industrial environment with a vast range of accessories in diameters of 32,
38, 51, 76 & 100mm. The big capacity stainless steel container houses a
very large primary filter. Coupled with the filter shaker, the NTD20032 can cope with very fine dusts without blinding along with much
larger heavier debris such as builders’ rubble, wood
waste and other materials associated with more
industrial applications. The stainless steel
container comes with large tubular carrying
handles and is mounted on a 4-wheel chassis
of all-welded tubular steel construction,
incorporating a quick release drum feature for
emptying. The large wheels provide excellent
mobility over all surfaces.
The side entry port provides a truly cyclonic
principle of separating heavier dirt and debris
from the air stream during the continuous
operating cycle.
Independent cooling fully safeguards against
overheating, whilst the unique ceramic core
introduces a new level of reliability to industrial
turbine technology. This also means the machine
can be provided in wet and dry form or converted
at a later date.

The SNTD750-2 vacuum cleaner pulls the dust down into a paper filtration bag
which has a high filtration area. This allows the operator to fill the filtration bag without having to go through the
routine of repeatedly cleaning the main, permanent
filter.
This machine works on the basis that
when dust enters the drum, it coats the
inner walls and the bottom of the
paper filtration bag.
As the bag fills, the air is filtered at
various levels.
The clean air, after passing
through the paper filtration bag,
leaves the drum by means of a
balanced hose and reaches the
sealed cyclonic adapter.
It then passes through yet another
filter, into the power head and back
out into the atmosphere.

The design criteria on which the Twintec machines are based are absolutely

on a fully welded, superbly strong stainless steel
chassis, brush housings are the rugged
Structofoam specification whilst the clean and
dirty water tanks are nothing less than
heavy-duty polyform construction.

The 3450 range machines are practical and simple to
use, built on a full stainless steel chassis for truly costeffective hard floor cleaning.
These machines are easy to use, easy to fill, easy to
empty, easy to move, easy to transport and easy to

The motor and power transmission is oversized and
complimented in every way by our high performance Twinflo' vacuum
collection system and full floating polyurethane semi-parabolic floor
nozzle. They hold 30-litres of dirty water, in either one or two 15-litre
tanks, and have a heavy duty 450mm scrubbing head that will leave
you with cleaner and drier floors.

The patented folding power head system allows for both easy
storage, brush changing and movement when not in use.
The battery versions of the compact TT3450S machine feature a brush-pressure adjustment system that varies
the power head performance to suit different floor types and conditions. They also have a fully integrated battery
charging system. The brush and vacuum motors are both 24 V/400W, taking power from 2 x 12 V 100 Ahr batteries.
The battery-powered TTB3450C is a popular 3450 model with a 30-litre capacity and 450mm (18") scrubbing width
which is now available as a cylinder version - get into confined spaces without the need for turning the machine and
without loosing operating performance. With its large capacity and a 2.25 hour running time, the TTB3450C is ideal
for retail and other environments where movement with a scrubber-drier might be restricted.
