Easy Clip - Screw Fixing

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Determine which top-bar size to use.
• Put a mark at the box centre of each lens.
• Measure the distance between the two
centres: if it is shorter than 62 mm use the
small-size bar, between 62 and 71 mm use
the medium-size bar.

Determine clip locations on frame.
• Fold the flap of the Clip Locating Chart
supplied with the Easy-Clip S. With the top
of the frame touching the upright flap,
centre the frame with the centre line of
the chart.
• Copy the upper clip marks printed on the
flap on to the Rx lens of the frame. Find
the sloped line which is closest the lens
centre and mark the lower clip position.
Repeat for the left eye.
Edging the lens
• Determine the sun-lens edging
dimension and glaze the lens with a
bevel.
• Place the sun lenses on the top of the lens
in the frame and transfer the clip marks.
Fixing the clips
• Place the top bar over the sun lenses on
the marks and gently tighten the screw
until it touches the lens.
• Repeat the procedure for the lower clips.
• Each Easy-Clip S is supplied with 2 tip
covers in 3 different sizes. Push the tip
covers onto the clips until a click is heard
to ensure complete insertion.

Aplicar los ganchos en la lente
• Posicionar los ganchos en las marcas y
fijarlos ajustando los tornillos con
delicadeza.
• Elegir los cubre ganchos de la longitud
apropiada entre las 3 medidas otorgadas.
Con una simple presión posicionarlo sobre
los ganchos. La sujeción se realiza por
medio de un clic.

Easy Clip
Elegir el largo del Easy Clip S
• Marcar el centro geométrico de ambas
lentes y medir la distancia.
• Si la distancia de los centros es inferior a
62mm usar la barra small. La barra médium
se usa si la distancia de los centros está entre
62mm y 71mm.
Determinar la posición de los ganchos en
la montura
• Alinear la montura al borde superior
plegado de la plantilla adjunta en la
confección y centrar el puente de la
montura a la línea vertical.
• Marcar en las lentes la posición donde fijar
los ganchos superiores utilizando las dos
líneas de referencia en la tabla.
• Marcar la posición de los ganchos inferiores
usando la línea inclinada que cruza el
centro de cada lente.
