Introduction
■ Introduction
mdexx fans are used for all power transformer cooling applications, e.g. in transformer substations or power plants, to dissipate the heat losses over external radiators or oil coolers.
Our long-standing experience in thedevelopment of blade wheel
and housing geometries guarantees minimum noise emission.
The fans comply with the market requirements in large-scale
transformer engineering and assure fail-safe operation in all climatic zones.

You can purchase the products outlined in this catalogue from
mdexx GmbH in accordance to the following specifications.
The products listed in this catalog / price list may be subject to
European / German and/or US export regulations.
Except in cases where deviating and individually stipulated
terms or deviations of the specification listed below are agreed
on, the "General Conditions for the Supply of Products and Services of the Electrical and Electronics Industry" individually issued by the society ZVEI are applicable in connection to the
amendment provision "Ergänzungsklausel Erweiterter Eigentumsvorbehalt" (Overall reservation of title) issued by ZVEI respectively for the time when the order is placed. The specification can be requested from us or be looked up in the internet
(www.mdexx.de).
Therefore, any export requiring a license is subject to approval
by the competent authorities.
According to current provisions, the following export regulations
must be observed with respect to the products featured in this
catalog / price list:
AL
Products marked other than “N“ require an export
license.
In the case of software products, the export
designations of the relevant data medium must
also be generally adhered to.
The belonging price lists and the prices indicated in the catalog
and the internet are applicable in € (Euro) ex delivery facility
(EXW-Incoterms 2000) excluding shipping costs and packaging.
The tax on purchases and sales is not included in prices. It will
be calculated individually according to the legal requirements
following the valid rate.
With the acceptance of our order confirmation or the ordered
goods or services, our Sales- and Purchase Conditions are binding for the buyer. Deviating business terms of the buyer will not
be applied. They neither become part of the contract terms by
receipt of the orders nor by other implied actions.
Pallets, containers and other reusable packaging remain property of mdexx GmbH. They have to be returned by the buyer
free of costs to the delivery facility immediately following delivery
of goods. Non-returnable packaging is charged at cost price
and not taken back.
General Notes
Price alterations, minimum order values and minimum order
quantities are reserved and are informed about following order
confirmation, if applicable. In this case the delivery of goods is
carried out subject to receiving a written confirmation of these
deviating conditions and the subsequently resulting contract.
Number of the German Export List.
Goods labeled with an “AL not equal to N“ are
subject to a European or German export
authorization when being exported out of the EU.
ECCN
Export Control Classification Number.
Products marked other than “N“ are subject to a
reexport license to specific countries.
In the case of software products, the export
designations of the relevant data medium must
also be generally adhered to.
Goods labeled with an “ECCN not equal to N“ are
subject to a US re-export authorization.
Even without a label or with an “AL: N“ or “ECCN: N“,
authorization may be required due to the final destination and
purpose for which the goods are to be used.
The deciding factors are the AL or ECCN export authorization
indicated on order confirmations, delivery notes and invoices.

For delivery of fans the "General conditions for the operation of
mdexx-fans" are applicable. This conditions can be requested
from us or be looked up in the internet (www.mdexx.de). They
are supplemented by a users manual if necessary.
