the Schmitten Street 82, approximately 10 walking minutes from the town centre of Zell am See.
Directly in the front of our Apartmenthouse there
is also a bus stop from the public busline. Select
an apartment of your choice, we offer 5 well kept
apartments alternatively for 4 to 14 persons.

In winter
For the sport ambitioned tourist: free cross-country
skiing on well prepared ski-tracks, alpine skiing on
Zell am See also offers something for your relaxation in the winter: long walks around or across
the frozen lake and soaking up the sun (the lake
has the biggest frozen surface in comparison to all
other lakes in Austria), a hot air balloon ride, a
romantic sleigh ride in the beautiful winter scenery,
or a visit to
the Krimmler Waterfall
(the biggest
in Europe)
who are
even more
impressive in the
winter because the mighty cascading waters are
intermingled with snow and ice, showing a unique
spectacle of nature.
In Summer
Ample and well described cycle- and hiking tracks
offer the cyclist and hiker a wide range of choices.
On many of the pathways cosy taverns and lodges
offer plain fare and local dishes, which are hard to
resist and should be tried!
For the water sports fan, the Zeller Lake (natural
lake – Glacier Lake) offers a variety of opportunities. At various points around the lake one can
enjoy bathing without paying entry fees. Beside
swimming,
diving, water skiing,
sailing,
windsurfing
…can be
enjoyed. For
those who
want to take it easy, round trip excursions by boat
are offered. Rowing- , paddle- and electric boots
are also available for your enjoyment.
Every Wednesday, Zell am See holds a festival with
live music, artisans, and delicious local and traditional dishes (Pinzgauer Bladln, meat dishes, Pizza,
…). The two traditional See festivals (Seefest) ending with spectacular firework displays are always
held between July und August.
Especially for children, but also the young at heart,
Saalfelden a neighbouring town, offers a summer
tobogganing (sliding) run on the Biberg - the distance is about 2 km.
