Sports Yoga with Betty (Ages 10-16)
FOR FEMALE ATHLETES - FLEXIBILITY & STRENGTH
TRAINING SPONSOR A PROGRAM FOR YOUR
TEAM!! There is no meditation or chanting in this
Yoga venue. A purely physical yoga class with emphasis
on strength, flexibility, concentration & breathe
work. Between practicing & training for your sport, and
school work, some might say, who has time for yoga? But
if you’re really serious about staying on top of your
game, you can’t afford not to incorporate a Sports Yoga
program into your routine. Why? Yoga relieves muscle
tension, which speeds recovery after a hard workout,
practice or a game. Sports Yoga is key for preventing
injuries. By loosening up tight muscles, Sports Yoga also

Filmmakers Ink offers a University film program experience in a camp setting. The Filmmakers Ink Stamford summer film
program gives its young filmmakers the opportunity to explore the filmmaking creative process, including script writing, preproduction, acting and producing short films, and provides them with the skill and confidence to be a part of the growing community of young filmmakers in Connecticut.
Filmmakers Ink programs are designed to give students solid life-long tools with which to access & express their creative ideas.
