me, I am currently employed with
Kanebridge Corporation, and have
been in the industry for 19 yrs now,
serving as a Board of Directors
Member for the MFDA for the last
10 yrs.

between our Membership helping to

Companies working together. Our

Anniversary 1975-2015
It’s not too early to plan for the holidays! MFDA has, over the years,
collected a large number of toys for the Toys for Tots program. This is a great
way of helping the many children not fortunate enough to have the Holiday
Celebration most of us have experienced. You can help in making the
Holidays better for these less fortunate children in various ways, contact us
([email protected]) for a Toys for Tots collection box and/or poster
(while supply lasts) for your company.
Bring an unwrapped toy to the Holiday Party (Dec. 3rd) or make a cash
donation (bring a check to the Holiday Party made out to Toys for Tots), or
send to Rob Rundle at R. W. Rundle Associates, 233 Rock Road #219,
Glen Rock, NJ 07452).
We thank Rob for heading up the Toys for Tots for the MFDA again this year.

Meet The Board
Kellie Nirmaier – Customer
Service & Sales Rep. for Kanebridge
Corp. and has served on the MFDA
Board for the last 10 years, with a
total of 19 years in the fastener
industry itself. Most would refer to
her as having an outgoing bubbly
personality, who loves listening and
talking to people, and is always up
for a challenge. Enjoys the beach,
spending time with her family,
friends, and her dog. In her spare
time loves to write poetry, draw,
and read.
Michael White – Regional Sales
at BBI. Born and raised in Memphis,
Ioves BBQ, golf and Starbucks.
Married to his best friend and has
two amazing daughters. When I am
not on the road, I enjoy mentoring,
life coaching and motivational
speaking.
Jay Minichino, Vice President of
Sales and Operations at BMB
Fasteners, Inc. for the past 18 years.
Past President of the MFDA from
2010-2015 and now the current
Treasurer. When he isn’t busy at his
desk working, he enjoys spending
time with his wife Cat, and their four
boys relaxing at the beach or
vacationing at Disney World.
Jason Vanderhee has been at
Star Stainless for 14 years now and
loves it here. People who know him
know that he loves to joke around
but takes his job very serious and is
a very reliable person.
Andrew Licht is second
generation @ Fastbolt Corp. He
started out in the layout department
for three years, then became the
VMI Specialist for two years. For the
past year +, he has been a
Customer Service Rep.
Barbara Traum has been with
Brighton Best for 18 years and is the
NE Regional Operations Manager.
She has been married to her
husband Mike for 31 years. They
have a daughter, a son and a really
wacky dog. Barbara is the
chairperson for the Scholarship
Committee because both of our
children had received scholarships
from the MFDA and she knows,
from personal experience, how
much those scholarships help.
Bill Lang has been in the fastener
industry since starting at the original
Bell Fasteners Corporation in 1972.
He has held various positions such
as Inside Sales, Quality Control
Manager, Government Sales
Manager and Assistant General
Manager. Bill has been the General
Manager of ND Industries Eastern
Division since 1990.
Rob Rundle is a graduate of
Gettysburg College, Rob began
working for his father as a
manufacture's representative at
R.W. Rundle Associates, Inc. in
1992. Rob is currently in his third
year on the MFDA board and chairs
the Toys for Tots Committee.
Robin Lieberman has been the
President and Owner, since 2008, of
MF Supply, a WBE Certified Supply
chain partner to American
manufacturers, located Bergen
County, NJ. While not working,
Robin spends time with friends and
family, traveling, playing tennis,
skiing the bumps and watching
sports. An avid reader and arts
junkie, she can be found in the
audience of the latest off-Broadway
show, at the movies or reading the
latest Lee Child novel.
Brian Eakins works for ND
Industries and is very active with the
Golf Outing Committee.
Nick Penney comes with over
25 years in the fastener industry.
This is his fourth year since moving
to NJ from the Chicago area and
joining the Vogelsang team. He is
active with the association because
of the value it brings to our industry.
Ken Schneeloch – Manufacturers
Rep/ President/Owner – McCormick
Associates for 29 yrs. On MFDA
board as Golf Chairman 20 yrs.
Secretary for the last 10 years. Ken
started with McCormick associates
in 1979. McCormick Associates is a
three person agency covering New
York, New Jersey and Eastern PA.
Ken lives in Wayne, New Jersey
with his wife Nancy, daughter
Marissa, and son Kevin.
MFDA Dues invoices will
be mailed out in February.
Our 2016 Scholarship Fund
Raising will begin at that
time. Please consider
adding a scholarship
donation to your dues.

MFDA Celebrates its 20th Golf Outing
The MFDA held its 20th Annual golf outing September 20th at Northern
New Jersey’s Crystal Springs Golf & Resort Club. Nearly 90 golfers came
out on a spectacular fall day to play at Wild Turkey Golf Course.

Each golfer received a 20th Anniversary MFDA golf shirt, a sleeve of balls,
courtesy of Kanebridge Corp., a golf towel, courtesy of Star Stainless, golf
tees, and bags were donated by ND Industries. The format was a scramble,
and there were several optional games to play as well. A PINK ball contest,
closest to the green, and many mulligans were sold again this year….a free
hit!!! Eco-friendly golf company, Dixon Golf came to run 2 additional
contests, one involving hula hoops. There was certainly a lot of action out on
this premier golf course. ND Industries sponsored a hole in one contest for a
cash prize of $25,000, along with 5 additional smaller prize opportunities.
There were no winners.

MFDA Celebrates its 20th Golf Outing (cont.)
The Awards Luncheon was emceed by Golf Co-Chair , Brian Eakins
(ND Industries) & Dave Schuster (Leo Coar Associates). The first order of
business was to present Ken Schneeloch with a magnificent plaque in
appreciation for his 20 years of dedication and commitment as the Golf Chairman. A green
jacket - similar in style to the Masters’ was presented to Ken, adorned with a
MFDA/Masters Pin and a 20th Ribbon! Needless to say the crowd cheered!
The table of prizes/silent auction items was in abundance. Raffles were sold for the silent
auction, and the winner of the 50/50 Cash Pot: MFDA Ex-Officio,
Dennis Shanahan (Mutual Screw). Congratulations to all winners!!
This 20th Anniversary event was successful not only in creating great business
networking and social atmosphere, but it raised funds for the 2016 Scholarship
Fund. Ken wrapped up the awards luncheon, with a sincere, “Thank you to
everyone for the support you have shown for the past 20 years; We are truly grateful, see
you next year!”
