Space and utilities overview
Due to its positioning in the heart of Bucharest, just 700 meters from Unirii Square, near the historic center and the
Parliament building, located only 30 meters from Queen Mary Avenue, on a street with a stylish architecture, the space is
ideal for office spaces - liberal professions (lawyers, notaries, architects) with flexible spaces for any activity. Its location
makes it attractive for other businesses like hosting kindergartens, medical or beauty salons.
Offices are available on the ground floor and the 1st floor of a residential building (ground floor + 3 upper floor: with
a total of 13 apartments) completed and opened in January 2013, on 12-14 Captain Mircea Vasilescu Street.
The space is divided into 2 separate areas with 3 inputs as follows:
