National Museum of the United States Army Ft. Belvoir, Virginia Project Cost: $150M+ (Construction) Developed multi-phase cost estimates for the 175,000 sf museum, sited on 85 acres, dedicated to the 30 million men and women who have served in the US Army since 1775.
