and Main Girdles. C.A.T. also manufactured and supplied to the domestic market the first Nodular Iron

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Qualification for Warehouse Distributor
Initial buy in is $5,000.00 for qualification of a WD. All Warehouse Distributors are required to order and receive at least $25,000.00
in merchandise per calendar year. Failure to meet this requirement may result in termination of status. Qualification of WD‟s must
meet our definition of a "legitimate business" and require copies of states tax numbers and applicable business licenses.
2. Orders
No order will be considered by C.A.T. until that order leaves our plant and an invoice is issued.
3. Back orders
All back orders will be automatically shipped when product is available unless requested during the time of order not to be held for
back order. Customers shall bear all shipping charges.
4. Price Changes
While every attempt will be made to forewarn or customer‟s of impending price changes, please note that ALL PRICES ARE
SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
5. Terms of Sale
C.A.T.‟s regular terms of sale are COD with certified funds. Qualifying WD‟s may receive various payment terms on approval of
credit. All shipment invoiced and shipped from C.A.T. MUST be paid in full within term.
Credit memos will be deducted from the gross amount due. Monthly statements will provide the application of those credits.
No cash refunds will be given against open credit balances. Any credit balances must be offset by future purchases.
All costs, charges, and other fees related to export shipments and/or letters of credit shall be borne by the customer.
Checks returned, for any reason, will be assessed a $30.00 banking fee.
6. Credit Hold
Any account with one or more invoices remaining due, after 30 days from the due date will be placed on credit hold until the entire
account is current. Any customer has multiple accounts at C.A.T. all accounts will be placed on credit hold until all are current.
7. Freight Policy
C.A.T. will ship, freight free, any order with an invoiced value exceeding $4,000.00, excluding crankshafts, to any customer within the
continental United States of America. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, U.S. territories, and foreign countri es will be shipped freight
free to the point of embarkation, as long as the minimum invoiced value exceeds $4,000.00. All other shipments are F.O.B. C.A.T.

8. Drop Shipments
Establishing term of drop shipments are allowed. A service fee at C.A.T. current rate will be charged for any drop shipment. All
shipments will be billed directly to the customer only, subject to customer‟s payment terms.
No C.O.D. shipments or C.O.D. for freight only are allowed for any drop shipment.
All requests for drop shipments must be in writing on customer approved letterhead with purchase order by fax or by email. “Verbal”
drop ship requests may not be honored.
9. Claims and Returns

Customer is deemed to have accepted the Products unless notice of rejection is given within seven (7) days after receipt of product.
Customer waives any right to invoke rejection or failure of acceptance thereafter. Claims of damage or loss in transit must be made
directly with the carrier.
No return of Product will be accepted by C.A.T. without prior authorization, which will be issued at C.A.T.‟s sole discretion. Returned
product must be in the original shipping cartons, and must be complete with all packing materials. Incompleted package shall be
deemed as scrap All Products for return must be freight prepaid. Package must be marked with RMA number as supplied by C.A.T.
Returned products must be in “as new” condition. Product which is “nicked, scuffed, scratched, dinged” or in any way damaged will
not be accepted for return.
All returns are subject to a restocking fee after 30 days for non-defective products as listed below.
10. Stock Adjustments
Stock adjustments are allowed totaling 3% of the prior years sales. No offsetting order is required. Stock adjustments will b e assessed
a 15% restock fee on the amount exceeding 3% of the prior years sales.
Stock adjustments will be completed via credit memo and to be applied against future purchases, no checks will be issued.
Stock adjustment must be requested via fax, mail, or e-mail for RMA number.
Returned products must be in “as new” condition. Product which is “nicked, scuffed, scratched, dinged” or in any way damaged will
not be accepted for return.
Adjusted product must be listed in the current C.A.T. catalog. Discontinued product is not eligible for stock adjustment.
11. Mail Order/Internet Advertising Policy
It is a forcible requirement of C.A.T. that all Jobbers, Warehouse Distributors, Master WD, and Ebay Seller advertise with C.A.T.
products, in all publications (print or internet), including own catalog, no lower than published “Jobber” prices of C.A.T. This caveat
does not apply to any publication intended for dissemination to retail accounts.
If lower than prescribed prices are published, the violating distributor will lose their status and not be eligible for discounts. In
addition, C.A.T. may remove those distributors from warehouse referral system.
C.A.T. price structure allows for a fair profit to all customers, and C.A.T. is fully intent on maintaining that structure. To that end,
C.A.T. will continually monitor advertising to confirm compliance.
C.A.T. desire, within this policy, to ensure all customers a healthy margin of profit while protecting all customers, and to preserve the
integrity of C.A.T.
12. Restocking Charges
No restocking charges for first 30 days.
15% fee returned after 30 days and before 60 days.
20% fee returned after 60 days and before 120 days.
30% fee returned after 120days.
13. Agreement to Terms and Conditions
C.A.T. assume that any customer indicate with an agreement with above Terms and Conditions by entering into a business
arrangement to purchase product from C.A.T.
14. Changing Terms and Conditions
As conditions change in the marketplace it may become necessary to modify any above terms and conditions. C.A.T. reserve the right
to make changes to these terms and conditions without notice.
15. Special Notice
C.A.T. reserves the right to, at any time or without prior notification or liability, change or improve the design of any product, add
products or discontinue products. Any such acts will not give rise to an obligation to accept returns of (except those returns specifically
provided for herein) or to update the design of any such prior products.

4340 STEEL NON TWIST FORGE RACING CRANKSHAFTS
C.A.T. 4340 forged steel non twist crankshafts have proven excellent in engines producing 1,000 horsepower and above. The premium
4340 aircraft quality chrome-molly steel is vacuum degassed to create clean and flawless metal molecular flow for withstanding high
RPM and high load of racing applications.
C.A.T. 4340 racing crankshafts incorporate these features:

Every crank is X-rayed, magna-fluxed, and ultrasonic tested.

All cranks are machined with CNC center for superior
tolerance, and all journals are micro polished to 5 RMS.

All journals are treated with plasma gas nitride to HRC60
hardness for superior abuse resistance.

Counter weight designed by AutoCAD with lightening
holes on all throws for various stroke applications with
easy dynamic balance.

Light weight and ultra light weight cranks are available.

Internal and external balancing applications are available.

Cranks are shot peen for 100% stress relief.

Cross drilled and OEM oiling system on journals are available.

All cranks assigned with target bob weight within 2% up down
tolerance for easier balancing.

Generous 0.125” journal radii to disperse high load stress.

without the sacrifice of any tensile strength. C.A.T. 3D Plus® super racing
rodand cap are forged in separate processes for gaining optimum internal
grain flow and structural integrity. The C.A.T. 3D Plus® super racing rods
are perfected for engines for small blocks producing 800+ HP, and big
blocks producing 1000+ HP.
C.A.T. 3D Plus® super racing rods incorporates these features:

Every rod is magna-fluxed, X-rayed, and ultrasonic tested.
Rod and cap are shot peen for stress relieve.
Big and small ends are cross ground by Sunnen Honing machine.
Weight control within ± 2 grams in a set.
ARP 8740 cap screws are installed.
Silicone bronze pin bushings are withstand high impact forces.
A third hole is drilled at the top of the small end to bleed air in the
aerated lube system.
All rods are for floating pin except specified for press fit.

C.A.T. light weight “I” beam pro race rod are manufactured from aircraft quality 4340 chromemoly steel. The forging processes are
combined with precision forging and hot roll forging for refining of the best metal flow integrity to stand high performance and
tough load. The state-of-art technical forging process will provide with light weight but the maximum strength incorporate with light
weight crankshaft application. Horse power rating for SBC is 500HP at 8000 RPM and BBC for 700HP at 8000 RPM.
C.A.T. light weight performance rod features:

C.A.T. high performance piston pins are manufactured from 1020 non re-sulfurized carbon steel. The deep carburizing and proper heat
treatment yields an outside surface with hardness at HRC 60-65 and inside surface with hardness at HRC 24-48. The minimum depth
of carburizing at outside surface is 0.015". The out of round is maintained tolerance under 1/10000". Every pin has been magna-fluxed
inspection.

C.A.T. high performance S.F.I. approved flexplates are manufactured
from stamped non re-sulfurized cold rolled carbon steel plate. The 3/16"
steel plate is TWICE heavier than OEM and any other competitor. The
gear ring is made from high manganese carbon steel and broached from
CNC centers. Gear surface is carbonized to HRC60 for superior strength
for engines frequently kicked on and off. The gear ring and steel plate
are Mig-Tig welded on both sides for integrity. All C.A.T. flexplates are
tested to12,500 RPM for explosion proof in compliance with S.F.I. 29.1
specification. Surface is yellow dichromate finished for rust resistance.
SFI certified serial number is engraved on each flexplate.

manufactured from high quality ductile iron. The

Sulfated and hot elastic rubber is bonded in
between hub and outer ring provides the best
strength and the safest street damper in the

S.F.I. CERTIFIED RACING FLUID DAMPERS
C.A.T. silicone gel fluid dampers consist of a 1025 steel forged
housing and hub. The housing inside is filled with high viscosity
silicone gel and a nylon ring and nylon position guides for free
movement of inertia ring. The freely rotating iron inertia ring will
absorb the torsion vibration from rotating element at any frequency
and any RPM. The fluid damper provide function to minimize the
vibration of engine for extend the usage life and allow the engine
to produce extra power and torque. Dampers comes with black
anodized and chrome finish.
C.A.T. fluid dampers incorporated these features:

C.A.T. forged 1020 steel enclosed dampers are designed
by AutoCAD, US patent is pending, for extreme racing
application. The inside diameter of outer ring is smaller
than the hub to ensure the outer ring will never disintegrate
or separate from hub under any circumstance. Sulfated elastic
rubber is bonded between outer ring and hub to reinforce
the integrity of the damper. Every production batch of dampers
is tested under 15 tons of press without deterioration. All
dampers are also tested to 12,500 RPM for explosion proof
in compliance and to meet SFI 18.1 specifications with SFI
certified serial number engraved . Dampers come in anodized
black or chrome finish.

C.A.T. offers two categories of hydraulic roller lifters for
Roller Cam.One fits the original roller cam and the other
one is for retrofitting the original solid cam to roller cam.
The roller tip allows longer cam profile to let lifter continue
control valve motion. Preload on rocker arms 0.002-0.004”
are required for thermal growth. The hydraulic roller lifter
is the evolution of the overhead valve engine.

BILLET STEEL MAIN BEARING CAPS
C.A.T. billet steel main bearing caps are replacement of block center bearings only. All main caps are manufactured from low
carbon billet steel. The bolt pattern on girdle is positioned and processed with CNC machine center for accuracy. C.A.T. billet steel
main caps either for OEM replacement or may convert
a original 2 bolts main caps to 4 bolts for reinforcement
of the Capture Strength of main caps to with standing
huge simultaneously impact force and higher momentum
strength for racing application. C.A.T. main caps are
blackened oxidized and packed with new outer bolts
for 4 bolts conversion kit. Line bore on block is required
upon completion of installation.

C.A.T. 2024T351 extruded aluminum rockers are manufactured from a
precision hydrostatic extrusion process with 1600 tons extrusion press
to produce a uniform molecular structure and eliminate any defects
during the extrusion procedure. The extruded body has a tensile strength
over 80,000 PSI. A larger needle-bearing fulcrum on trunion shaft withstands
valve spring loads up to 750 PSI. The radius on fore body allows valve springs
up to 1.550" in diameter. 16 polylocks come together with rockers. C.A.T.
roller rockers allow engine to produce 30 more horsepower without any
modification of other power system. Self-align feature is available.

C.A.T. offers pedestal shaft mount extruded aluminum alloy rockers system for all application. Package includes of 16 roller rocker
machined with CNC center of extruded aluminum bar, set of extruded aluminum pedestal mount, 8620 short shafts for SBC & SBF, or
4340 steel long shafts for Mopar, steel gaskets for SBC & SBF, locking devices & bolting for Mopar, push rod adjuster for SBC/SBF,
bolt down fasteners. Combinations of different intake and exhaust ratios are available for SBC, BBC and SBF. All roller rocke rs
feature larger needle bearings to support high load fulcrums and roller tips to reduce friction and improve durability of usage. An
increasing of up to 30 more horsepower and torque with C.A.T. pedestal and shaft mount aluminum rocker can be achieved.

15-5PH STAINLESS STEEL MOPAR SHAFT MOUNT ROCKERS
C.A.T. offers 15-5 PH stainless steel roller rockers for
Mopar with two 4340 steel shafts and 16 rockers. All
rocker are installed with Aluminum Bronze bushing
with patent in the USA. This bronze bushing allows
the rocker run smoothly without generating high heat
from high RPM. The shaft mount rocker system will
produce up to 30 extra horsepower without any
modification. Locking devices and all necessary
spacers for complete installation are included.

4340 STEEL STAMPED HIGH PERFORMANCE ROLLER TIPS
C.A.T. roller tip rockers are manufactured from cold stamped 4340
chrome-molly steel. Deep carbonization to HRC60 creates tough
properties of core and case for providing the best wear resistance
character. The roller tip rockers have long slot and are for high lift
cams to stand valve spring pressure up to 350 PSI for any solid,
hydraulic, & roller cam application. A self-locking nut and metal
powder pivot ball are packed. Self-align version is available for
SBC and SBF. C.A.T. roller rockers allow engine to produce
30 more horsepower.

C.A.T. water pumps are manufactured from high quality aluminum alloy.
A steel mold technique used in the casting process helps minimizing porosity
in the casting. Every pump is manufactured with a heavy duty 3/4"
integral ball bearing and a high strength roller bearing to withstand
the higher torsion loads from high RPM and high transversal shear
force from belting system. The mechanical seal is for long life operation.
A heavy duty cast iron impeller with curved vanes guarantees maximum
water flow. C.A.T. water pumps can increase flow volume and head
of water output by as much as 30%. Each pump is put under an endurance
test in shop for hours to ensure the best quality.

C.A.T. S.F.I. certified flexplates for import engines are same technique as of the domestic engine lexplates. All flexplates
are tested to 12,500 RPM for explosion proof in compliance with SFI 29.1 specification. All flexplates are yellow

S.F.I. ELASTIC DAMPER PULLEY KITS

C.A.T. elastic damper and pulley are manufactured from 1020 low carbon steel alloy in compliance with S.F.I requirement. The
sulfated elastic rubber is hot press inserted and bonded in between inner and outer rings. Every batch of dampers are tested under 15
tons press without separation and deterioration. The under drive pulley will provide up to 30 more horse power to the engine. The
damper is tested to 12,500 RPM for explosion proof in compliance with SFI 18.1 specification.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
STATEMENT POLICY

This warranty is one of the best policies within the high performance and racing industry.

All C.A.T. products have been inspected, tested and trial in the factory laboratories and on the field.

Nothing in this Statement of Policy shall alter or enlarge the terms of warranties, obligation or liabilities of these products.

C.A.T. neither delegates nor authorizes any person to assume obligation or liabilities on behalf of us in connection with any
of our products.
TERMS OF WARRANTY

This limited warranty DOES NOT cover or apply to any damages sustained to the engine or other parts which may have been
caused by the defective product and DOES NOT cover or apply to any personal injury, labor charges or any other incidental
costs or damages caused by the defective product and DOES NOT cover any electric components and products under normal
wear and tear condition..

C.A.T. shall be notified immediately in writing together with a proof of purchase and a certified Mechanics' report of the
circumstance and condition under which failure occurs.

The defective product must be freight prepaid and returned to C.A.T. for further investigation by C.A.T. otherwise this
warranty shall be deemed null and voided and of no effect.

This warranty is void on any products that show evidence of misapplication, and negligence, and improper installation, and
abuse, and lack of proper maintenance or alternation from its original design.

In no event will C.A.T. be liable for any consequential or incidental damages for breech of any express or implied warranty
on the product.

This warranty is not for transferable nor assignable.

C.A.T. is not responsible or liable for any products damaged or destroyed due to improper installation.
