We have streamlined the ad ordering process and introduced new features and functionality. One of those features is the ‘Subordinate\Client’ functionality. This new feature allows agency representatives to create, edit and delete ads on behalf of their clients. Other features of the new self service system include the ability to upload color images, receive immediate proofs and price quote, and invoicing options. Important information regarding your ad You may use the self-service application which is located at boston.com/tickettothearts.com The deadline for submitting an ad with or without an accompanying logo is 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, one week prior to publication. Deadlines may be changed on holidays. Please check The Boston Globe newspaper for holiday deadline information or call us at 617-929-8350. We encourage you to submit you ad as early as possible. The Boston Globe Ticket to the Arts ads appear in the G section of the newspaper each Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. The Boston Globe Boston.com Created 2013 Subordinate\Client Functionality Concept In an effort to streamline the ad ordering process, and make it easier for our Agency customers to manage their client’s ads, The Boston Globe has introduced the ‘Subordinate \ Client’ functionality to the self service system. This functionality allows agencies to create, edit, and delete ads on behalf of their clients. In the example below, the company Performing Arts is the agency, and clients A and B are subordinate clients to the Performing Arts account. Please note: An agency account can have more than one client, since most agencies have more than one customer.
