True Colors: Keys to Personal Success
AGENDA
Tracey Glenn
GlennView
The True Colors™ International’s Keys to Success program is a model for
understanding yourself and others based on your personality temperament. The
colors of orange, green, blue and gold are used to differentiate the four central
personality styles of True Colors™. Each of us has a combination of these True
Colors™ that make up our personality spectrum, usually with one of the styles being
the most dominant. Identifying your personality and the personalities of others
using True Colors™ provides you with insights into different motivations, actions
and communication approaches. True Colors™ works because it is based on true
principles it is easy to remember and use in all kinds of circumstances, from personal
relationships to professional success.

Never Give Up – The Survivor Way
Holly Hoffman
Inner Depth LLC
As we survive life’s challenges, we come face to face with fear and uncertainty.
Challenges may allow us to step out of our comfort zone and push ourselves above
and beyond our own self-limitations. It is how we choose to overcome challenges
that makes us who we are. It is our strength in times of difficulty that proves our
character and self-worth. Holly Hoffman, a finalist on Season 21 of CBS’ hit reality
show “Survivor” shares her experience of being on a reality show and encourages
you to think about how you decide to survive on a daily basis. Hoffman shares about
six words to develop your survival skills. With these six simple words, you can take
on any challenge facing you. Adversity is not so much contending with problems as
it is learning more about who you really are and what is inside of you. Join Holly and
explore what your true survival skills are.

80s
Celebrate the 80s with music by the 80 cover band – The Cherry
Pistols. “All Night Long,” you will want to get “Into the Groove” by
dressing up in those 80s togs that are in the back of your closets.
“Everybody (will) Have Fun Tonight” because there will be $200 in
contest prizes for ...
•
best 80s celebrity look-a-like
•
funkiest 80s outfit
•
biggest hair
•
loudest makeup
Door prizes will be awarded throughout the evening. You’ll want to “Beat It” to
dinner because we’ll “Let the Music Play” during the evening because “Girls Just
Want to Have Fun!”
The Cherry Pistols are a mid-Missouri cover band
who have been cranking out the best music of
the 80s since 2012. Their top-notch musicianship,
professionalism and song selections not found
in your average bar band’s repertoire have been
making them fan favorites from the start.
Playing music from the likes of Journey, Def
Leppard, Prince, The Cars and many more, The
Cherry Pistols bring the party wherever they go
and never disappoint!
AGENDA
We’ve all been taught “don’t judge a book by its cover,” but the truth is that
everyone does. Within a matter of seconds, your internal and external clients
make snap decisions about who you are and your capabilities. Mary Crane aims
to help participants create a persona that communicates they are consummate
professionals. Key issues to be addressed include looking like a professional,
sounding like a professional and acting in a manner that suggests, “I bring real value
to the table and expect to be compensated for it.”

The Power of One
John O’Leary
Rise Above
Journey alongside John O’Leary as he revisits the day he was burned on 98 percent
of his body when he was 9. On this dynamic walk, you will stand with him the night
he was told he’d die, the afternoon he first believed he wouldn’t and other formative
experiences after the fire. Along the way, John will share the critical lessons he learned
with help from friends both old and new, illustrating the powerful significance of your
thoughts, words and actions.
John inspires others to tap into their possibility and fulfill their potential as they embrace
challenges, discover opportunities, strengthen relationships and achieve outstanding
results.
Listening to John, you will be moved from tears to laughter and given hope for tomorrow
and confidence in today as he inspires growth in all facets of life. You will leave knowing
that one person can change the world, and that person can be you. Prepare to take back
your life, ignite your possibility and change your world.
Every registered banker will receive a copy of John’s book “On Fire:
