WHAT THIS WARRANTY PROTECTS AGAINST
LIMITS TO THE WARRANTY
CLAIM PROCEDURE
This warranty protects against product becoming
unserviceable under normal usage and exposure
conditions, including but not limited to sunlight
and environmental conditions.
Lounge Factory’s liability is expressly limited to
this warranty. Lounge Factory reserves the right
to inspect the product/part submitted for claim.
The warranty claim must be made by the original
purchaser through the authorized retailer of
record. The product or pictures of the product
must be provided, if requested, to Lounge Factory
or it’s authorized representative. Proof of
purchase and return goods authorization form are
required.
WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
This warranty does not cover damage from misuse
or abuse, improper installation, damage from
shipping and handling, unreasonable or abusive
use, acts of nature, normal wear and tear, fading of
the finish, fabric/wicker stretching and fading, and
failure to provide proper care and maintenance
for the product. Please note that Teak can form
hairline cracks but this is normal and natural.
These cracks do not affect the resistance or the
integrity of the furniture. The appearance of your
furniture naturally changes over time.
PRORATA
From the 2nd year up until the end of this limited
warranty coverage, Lounge Factory will replace
the defective product for a prorated amount.
That is to say that as of the 2nd year, the replacement cost will amount to 40% of the original
purchase price and will increase by 5% each year
up to a maximum of 50%.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
Please refer to the Care & Maintenance section on
our Website (FAQ section) for proper guidelines
regarding all our products. Failure to follow these
guidelines can void the warranty.
WHAT WE WILL DO
Lounge Factory will repair or replace the frame or
part or fabric in the original style, color and finish
whenever possible. However, if the original style is
no longer available, Lounge Factory will substitute
with product of equal value in a similar style.
