GUIDELINES FOR SCIENTIFIC PAPER & POSTER PRESENTATION
General Instructions
• Abstracts of Free Papers are invited from Post-Graduates and Consultants.
• Papers and posters should be related to Arthroscopy
• Presenting author should be a registered delegate at the conference
• Write title, name of authors and institution with city on page 1.
• Provide name, email and mobile phone number of the presenting author.
• Abstract should be printed on page 2 using Times New Roman font, with font size 12 justified with 1.5 line
spacing and should not be more than 300 words . It should not mention the authors name or the name of the
institute.
• Do not use tables or figures
• Time for oral presentation is 8 minutes followed by 2 minutes for questions
• Last date for submission is 30th Sept 2016
• Paper would be screened by scientific committee and judged for content and methodology
• The best paper will be eligible for an award.
• Papers not chosen for presentation will be considered for e-poster presentation

• Residential package includes Registration for conference on all 3 days, conference kit, free access
to stalls and exhibition areas, Lunch at Conference venue on 25, 26 and 27th Nov 2016, Banquet

State Arthroscopy Conference.
Let us join hands to project Karnataka as the epicentre of
academics and showcase the arthroscopy work done in our
State. We have the opportunity to host the best international
and national faculties and will be looking forward to an

would help postgraduates and beginners and will be held at

will include topics on the current concepts, controversies,
