The Fairy Train combines Ray Turner's
interest in Garden Railways with Ellen
Turner's artistic talent to bring you a
magical addition to your garden. Made in
their workshop on two acres above Santa
Clara's Silicon Valley, each car is hand cast,
painted, deorated, and assembled for your
enjoyment.

ENGINES
ENGINES
The engines are a dragon, a swan or
a rabbit. They run on standard Gscale track with a transformer, much
like Malibu lights. The track and
scenery stay outdoors, rain or shine,
while most people bring the train
itself in out of the weather.
Each engine can pull 4-6 cars on flat
track.
Decoration may include flowers or
ribbons in dierent colors. When you
order a swan or rabbit, we can email
you photos of what we have in stock,
so you can choose the one you like.
SWAN
Remembering the Irish story of the
Sons of Lir, turned into swans by a
wicked step-mother, the white swan
wears a golden crown.

RABBIT
An ancient symbol of fertility, the
rabbit has been put to use by the
fairies for pulling their trains
throught the garden. Available in
white or brown.

Your garden fairies can choose from a variety
of cars. Each car is sculpted in wax or clay.
Then we make a silicone mold from the
original. Each mold can cast 20-25 individual
cars, then a new mold must be created.
Each car is cast in our home workshop in a
urethane resin. We clean up and sand each
piece, then most pieces are sprayed with an
alkyd primer, in preparation for the detail
painting. Some cars are get their color from
dye in the resin.
Every car is a work of art in its own right, and
is dated and numbered.
Sure to please the magic folk in your garden
as well as human visitors.
Someone left an old
shoe in the garden,
and the fairies have
put it to good use.

Cars
The fairies like to use things
they find in the garden in
surprising ways. They turn a
couple of leaves into a boat,
and create a cozy home from
a small pumpkin. The bees are
more than happy to share their
hive with the fairies too.

TEACUP CARS
Tea cup cars come in a variety of styles. We usually
choose demitasse tea cups, as they fit, but sometimes
we find an antique tea cup, without its saucer, just
begging to be on a train. The flat car under the tea cup
varies also. When you order a tea cup car, we will
email you photos of what we have in stock, so you can
select just the right one. Special orders are also
possible.

Santa's Christmas sleigh comes decorated and loaded with Christmas
goodies. It makes a perfect addition to a train around your Christmas tree
or on your buffet table.
Wedding themed car available with bride and groom or a white pillow with
golden rings. Great for the anniversary or wedding shower. Can add date.
Also available unpainted for those who want to decorate their own sleigh
car for the train.
