FOREWORD
Every year, the brightest agents from across the country are closely considered for the National Association
of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals® (NAHREP®) Top 250 Latino Agent Award. Each candidate brings
a unique story of personal triumph, overcoming adversity, and devotion to their trade. These hard working
agents are set apart from the nearly fifty-thousand Latinos in real estate through their dedication
to homeownership.
NAHREP believes in the importance of recognizing those who make homeownership in the Latino
community their personal mission. The following list recognizes agents whose hard work and dedication
has led them to close an outstanding number of transactions in an effort to increase the rate of
sustainable homeownership. Selected for the award from among five-hundred self-nominated agents
considered this year, the group represents a total of 20,730 transaction sides in 2014, and over $3.9
billion in total volume.
The fourth annual Top 250 agent report also acknowledges one-hundred additional agents who did not
rank as a part of the Top 250, but whose hard work earned them an honorable mention from among their
peers. These agents closed between 25 and 33.75 transactions in 2014.
NAHREP salutes the Top 250 Latino Agents in America and their success year after year. Join NAHREP in

METHODOLOGY
The listing of the Top 250 Latino Agents in America is compiled through broker affirmed self-nomination
and recognizes the nation’s most successful agents for their residential real estate transactions. Residential is defined as dwellings with four or fewer units. Once received, NAHREP reviews the nominations for
accuracy by validating against other available data, including MLS records. A small number of nominations were modified or disqualified where third-party validation was not available or consistent. Sales
production data is representative of the 2014 calendar year. Ethnic background is confirmed through
self-attestation. In instances where there is a tie based on transaction sides, higher rank is given to the
agent with great sales volume. Annual transactions for those acknowledged on the list range from 34 to
403 transactions during the 2014 calendar year.
