Quiet, fenced and guarded area with 2 pools just outside the small fishing village of Sabinillas in Manilva, 10 kilometers south of the town of Estepona and about 25 kilometers from Gibraltar. Walking distance to everything you need (but access to car is recommended): - 250 meters to two large supermarkets on the outskirts of the village. - 550 meters to the beach and village center of Sabinillas with shops, bars and restaurants. - Just over 1 kilometer to the cozy marina Puerto Duquesa with many bars and restaurants. - About 15 golf courses within 20 kilometers. Across the street is a large and fine communal playground for the smaller children. The apartment is managed by our agent (English speaking), who helps if any problems arise in the apartment. Garage space is available, in addition to free parking on the street. The building was finished in 2008, but the apartment has not been in operation until 2014. White goods (Zanussi) unused before 2014. Air conditioning, water heater, furniture and all other equipment is from 2014. The 32 square meter large terrace facing south, with shaded areas all day, has great views of the pool area. On the terrace, a sitting area with 3-seater sofa, two armchairs and a coffee table, large dining table with 6 chairs and a small grill. 2 foldable sun beds. For the pool/beach: 2 large sleeping mats and beach umbrellas. On the north side there is a small terrace with a café table. 2 Bedrooms 1 double, 2 single beds. Linen and Towels included (Not beach/pool towels). Living area: Dining area with expandable table and six chairs. Sofa and pouf. Small desk and TV stand. Beds available at extra charge Extra beds/cot available. About Sabinillas: A small, quiet and pleasant fishing village (approx. 6200 inhabitants) by the beach. The population consists mainly of Spaniards, and thus not very "touristy". The beach is about 10 kilometers long with Puerto Duquesa in the middle and because there are no large hotel complexes, it is mostly sparsely populated. Many nice restaurants are located along the boardwalk and in the Puerto Duquesa. Travel info: From Malaga airport is 90 kilometers, approximately 1 hour drive. Options for transfer: - Best is renting a car at the airport (see e.g. www.rentalcars.com ). - Use a transfer company (see e.g. www.hoppa.com ). - Travel by public transport is possible. Contact us to ensure that the desired period is available. 2. Tell us that you want to make a booking and for what period. Then we reserve the period preliminarily a few days on your behalf. Please send us the following information: Name, Address, Phone number, Email and Passport number. Number of adults and number of children (also their ages). If you have: Expected arrival time and departure time at the apartment. 3. Transfer 25% of the total rent to the bank account we will send you as reply to your booking request! 4. Mail a copy (screenshot) of the receipt to us (if possible). When the money is received in the account, you will get a confirmation on the final booking. 5. At least 45 days before the rental period starts, the remaining 75% of the rent should be paid. The deposit of € 200 should be transferred to our account a week before arrival. Via the elevator down to the garage, you come to the area, which is enclosed by fences for security reasons. A view a little further to the right from the terrace . There is a comfortable seating area on the terrace under roof (for protection against sun and also unexpected rain). If you want to sunbathe on the terrace there are sunbeds in the store. 5 The dining area has a large sturdy table that can accommodate 6 people in comfortable garden chairs. The dining area is in shade from the late afternoon. 2 of the chairs have high folding backrest and can also be used to sit and enjoy the evening sun! Exit to the terrace from the living room. The dining area with a round dining table that is expandable to 6 seats. 7 The kitchen has very good equipment. Refrigerator and freezer are not visible in the picture but are located directly to the left just inside the door. Farthest visible at the end is the door to the laundry room with a washing machine. The master bedroom includes a bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink and bathtub. 8 The second bedroom has two single beds which can be pushed together. Also here two bedside tables with drawers and reading light This bedroom has access to a small patio on the north side. One can also reach the patio through the laundry room next to the kitchen. The bathroom for this bedroom has a toilet, sink and shower 9 The entrance to the house with the small patio to the left. The apartment's terrace (circled) is located with great views over the pool area. As the ground slopes the terrace on this side is several meters above ground level. Another large supermarket (SuperSol) is located at about the same distance. The main street in the small village of Sabinillas, a "living" Spanish village that is not dominated by tourists. A wedding on Saturday afternoon in the village church. 12 The villagers like to sit and eat in the shade on this square. The village is located right on the beach and there are many bars and restaurants to choose from. The beach is a total of nearly 10 kilometers long and often sparsely populated, since there are no big hotels nearby. 13 The beach has been certified by the FEE (Blue Flag Beach Award) which means that it meets high standards of water quality, safety and environment. 14 Puerto Duquesa, about 15 minutes’ walk from the apartment is a cozy marina with many bars and restaurants.
