Sponsoring a golf luncheon or promotional materials (imprint areas) for all four events
At this level you can choose to be a Golf Luncheon Sponsor or a Promotional Item Sponsor. A Luncheon sponsor will have signage at
each sponsored event and will be recognized during our prize ceremony at each event. Or if you choose to be a Promotional Item
Sponsor, your company’s logo will be placed on specified promotional item imprint areas. These items will be giving to all golfers at all
four events! Your company will receive recognition during the door prize drawings at all sponsored events at the Eagle Level. Donations
of promotional materials are welcomed and will need to be at the AAI Office at least two weeks prior to the first golfing event, July 22.

Sponsoring Holes at all four events
Our very special member companies that chip in for our Birdie Level Sponsorship will receive sponsorship recognition at all four events!
Hole sponsorship signs will be provided for your sponsored hole. This level includes your logo on the AAI homepage and mentions as a golf
sponsor in our weekly newsletter. You will have the option to host your hole at the events and network with participants. Special
requests are welcome! Please give us a call to talk about all your options.

When you sponsor a hole at one of our events you have a choice of any event on our schedule! See below dates of your choice. Your logo
will be displayed during your sponsored event (sponsor signage provided at each sponsored event) and on the AAI homepage. You will

To help us plan for each event, please send door prize items no later than two weeks prior to
the event(s) to the office of AAI (900 Des Moines St, Des Moines, IA 50309)
Golf Registration Information
Golf Fees: $95 per person per event. Please fill out the attached registration form, fill out payment
information and return to the office of AAI.
Mulligans: $10.00 for 5 shots (limit $20 per team per golf event) Please help us reach our 2015 PAC goal
of $35,000 by purchasing mulligans the day of event!
Note: Because mulligan sales go to supporting our AAI PAC and due to recent legislative changes,
all mulligans need to be paid for by personal check (made payable to AAI PAC) or cash. Mulligans
can be purchased at the registration desk during each golfing event.
Online Registration:
It is recommended to register your teams prior to each event. For your
convenience you may register as a golfer or sponsor online, by phone, or mail (see attached form). Online
registration is also available at www.agribiz.org/2015-Golf.
